Aquarius might be a sea creature. Virgo is a young girl, gemini are human twins...libra might be a human holding the scales.
You say Capricorn's a hybrid but it seems more like a mythical, or ethereal creature, something from the old world. I believe the sky and sea used to be one and the same. So they floated/ flew simultaneously. Like a dragon. Maybe Cap's a dragon. Aries are in some ways associated with dragons and they're quite similar.
