What aspects make someone generally well-liked by others? Ascendant positively aspecting sun? Just wondering. Thank- you in advance

Mercury conjunct Venus, maybe?
One of my friends (bff!) has this aspect (in Sag), and she has a way of smoothing out disagreements between people; and they, quite naturally, run to her when there is some kind of chaos.
And virtually everyone gets along with her-- she's quick-witted, and funny as hell.

You get along with most people and are usually willing to make compromises in relationships to maintain harmony.
That doesn't mean you become a doormat for others, but you have a strong sense of fairness and do not offend others without just cause.
