In other words fierce loud people are leaders? There are all types of leaders out there. Mahatma Gandhi would be a pisces personality wise yet was an incredible leader with super human inner strength.

i can see that.
i dont want to be a leader at all.
i want to follow someone i can trust and let them lead.
but i also do my own thing. although honestly i dont always do my own thing "right" so i would rather follow. lol
just that i dont want to follow any religious cult or anything

I'm definitely no follower, I go the other way whenever the phrase "DXP Mafia" is used in my vicinity and I definitely don't do cliques. I fight my own battles.

Some of the best leaders I've seen in my own personal life were Sagittarius. They have enough knowledge and experience to know what they are doing, and even if they don't know whatsoever they will always act like they do and give a solid attempt. They tend to not admit fault also, which added up gains them tons of followers. It just depends whether they burn too many bridges or not.

Yourself, I bet you don't notice people following you because you look like you know what to do or that you always get it done. You aren't power driven so you don't pay attention to it.
