Nah she's getting ready to blame a transit for some shit, I'll bet
Im glad you asked.

Pluto has been on my 7th, sextile midheaven, conjunct mars and trine venus.

I left my old job more than 2 years ago. I even took a year off!

Now at my new job im faced with the same problems.

Actually ive been having the same professional complaints for the last 10 years.

This can't be a coincidence.

Right?

What would call this?

I feel like i finally conquered the personal issues ive been having in my social life, but my professional life is a mess and im trying to see the connection.

At the last 2 jobs ive had where i had issues with my boss, i resigned and they eventually were fired. 2 resignations, 2 bosses fired in a row.

Now im at my 3rd job and within 6 months i have the same issues.

What is going on?

Do i really not belong in corporate america?

Is it me or is if them?

Am i an agent of change?

I think sometimes you can run from a transit. Also they may be somewhat different than what you expected.

I can live with well with Saturn transits, probably because of Cap SN and Pluto in 10.

I can handle Uranus transits with cautious. Also I have Uranus tendencies in my character anyway. So deviation from routine is a release from me. Unexpected events make me laugh while expected things stimulate suicide tendencies in me.

Moon square (and sometimes opposition) transits are unfortunately effective and difficult to control for me.

Also Jupiter transits are difficult to control for me. The whole predicted stuff with over-indulgence and excess happen up to 100% .

Mercury transits are the best for me. The best of best is Mercury-Urnaus where my head is a little of genius then.

Maybe you don't belong with coporate America.
Agree.

I believe its both.

With the 1st 2 jobs, things started out great. I start getting ahead and progressing quickly. Then i get a new manager who doesn't see me as effective, starts under estimating me, underutilizing me, belittling me, lie on me, etc.

I stick around and fight for my position but its futile and falls on deaf ears. People then see me as a complainer and i eventually give up the fight and resign. Then that manager gets fired for incompetence.

Both jobs i averaged 4.5 years.

Now at this 3rd job, within 6 months, its all happening again. Same story.

I told myself that this would be the last corporate job for me becauae im not appreciated or respected.

Maybe its geographical. Maybe it has to do with me being black.

I just dont think its a coincidence.

It's them! I once read an amazing answer on Quora :

"I personally, don't want to work because dealing with people just drains me at this point. Years ago I enjoyed it, but after the financial crash of 2008, people gotten worse. I guess people got more desperate trying to find jobs and a work place bulling has taken an enormous precedent:. The ash# $ ol culture. People are just nasty at any job you go (and customers and clients feel this as well--you go to the store and the person at the counter is nasty to customers. It is mentally and emotional draining for anyone.

The mentally now at days is like "lets find something different about this person and make it negative and attack this person character" just for the heck of having power and make themselves look good, not based on skills and accomplishments, but based on how bad one person can make the other one look bad— so the bully (bullies) can look better.

There is even a word for this in the business world, and it is called Mobbing.

I finished my MBA, and I already have substantial work experience (as director and manager), but now I don't even want to work. Currently, I'm volunteering for a non profit website to keep my skills sharp. So I'm helping this small startup non-profit to improve their marketing strategies, but even there is mobbing. They have other two volunteers not interested in working together. Instead, everyone wants to be the movie star, or the dictator. They don’t care about the goal of the organization or working as a team. They all want to win by taking the other down (even if the individual’s ideas are good). In fact, having good or better ideas than your peers can put you at risk, too.

And that is the problem now a days; good ideas go to waste. It is a rat race of who BS better to the boss, who has the biggest mouth and sound good enough to win the argument; that it is what counts now a days.

And what is worse, in our society bulling and bad behavior is not only not condemned but cheer and celebrated, and good and right behavior is mock as weak.

For example: At an organization I worked, the owner wanted to bring traffic to her site, but the guy in charge (with a title: Director of Online Operations) didn't know what target audience is or inbound marketing or SEO. When I asked, “What is your demographic target market?,” the answer was,” I don't want to be racist, just want to reach everyone!”

When your entire business success depends on the audience you target, build and maintain having no clue what you are doing is bad. Yet, he is the manager. I see this everywhere. And what is worse, good and smart people are getting a quick in the butt and we are losing talented and creative people over hustlers and bullies.

With people like this all there is left, is for you to dumb yourself down, so you can co-exist with these creatures.

I know that in the business world everyone talks about developing a thick skin, and I have thick skin, but no one prepared you to work in an asylum. You have to be nuts to play this level of mental war games. There is not class, not ethics and real professionalism anymore. In business, there are rules you simply don't cross, but now a days everything goes.

Not worth it.

Someone here quoted: "Choose a job you love and you will never work a day in your life." ~ Winston Churchill

My answer: Dude, that was like 1950s, and he was the boss. Do you have a quote from 2016 from someone who is not the boss? ... Exactly."

The almost exact thing has been happening with me. I've been in and out of jobs for the last 6 years and currently applying again....unable to last longer than two years and same issues as you with staff and management.

It's just people. Some are employed and don't know anything about what they're doing, or lack passion. As its money driven, no one really gives 2 shits about actually being a worthwhile employee and many lack common sense I find. For a long time I thought it was me, but it isn't.

Anyway, I'm staying within my lane with what I do, but shifting focus into a specific area. I'll see if the situation improves, if not I'll have to reinvent myself totally. What are you planning to do, moving forward?

Glad and sad 2 know that im not the only one.

Im going to keep fighting for my respect. If im not respected, im out.

I talked 2 another girl and she agreed that the culture needed changing. It can be so sexist working in it.

Uber isnt the only.company with sexist culture.

Sometimes what seems like roadblocks to what we want are intentional signs that we need change. If something is unable to progress start to open your mind to other options.

There always are other avenues, but sometimes we close ourself off from them in pursuit of what we think is best. Especially if you have Scorp and Cap placements, since they crave security and assurances lol. Tunnel vision can be good and bad.

If in being open to different paths, an idea becomes repetitive or something new starts falling into place then you have your answer. 🙂
So keep searching and not be afraid of different paths?

Pluto in 7th should change your partner, put them through the ringer...and you will personally experience a merging of your energies with other people, you might find the barriers of identity to be vague.

Stay put and when your boss gets fired, take their job
