I'm Capricorn Venus. I'm very loyal. Boy I wish it had been one for a lifetime.. each time I thought it was & the letting go was horrendous. Anyway it takes me awhile to trust fully, because I love passionately and I'm all in for a long term relationship. It's what I prefer even though I'm a Sag sun![]()
Posted by lisabethur8My Sag sun/Cancer moon/Cap Venus Fiancé is very much family oriented. I mean having a family now has only pushed him to be better at his work as well. He provides very well. But what I noticed about him is that family is the #1 priority. If anything happens nothing stops him from being there. He has proven this several times. Family is number one. My ex's Sag sun mother was the same... wonder what her placements were? I don't know, but she was awesome.Posted by Rindarooone of our aunts who is a Sagittarius sun/ Capricorn venus/Cancer mars is a stay at home mother and housewife, for many years, 25years exact. lol until her oldest became of legal age she went back to work. not a career type of work but just volunteering and also working in odd jobs to stay busy after the children are off to college.lol

Posted by RindarooThat's really interesting! So it's true what they say about career?Posted by lisabethur8Yes the cancer energy on the staying home. I have a ton of Cap! Mercury/Venus/Mars/Rising and have always had a career but I did stay on the lower end of it instead of going after being all I could be in my career. This was so I could be there for my kids, all their sporting events, practices, theater shows, conferences, doctors appts & kept taking the jobs that would allow me to work 40 hours vs 60-80 a week. Somehow it's a balance. I have always been momma bear lol was in a 20 year relationship too but it wasn't meant to be. I sacrificed myself trying to save him & was always loyal.Posted by Rindarooone of our aunts who is a Sagittarius sun/ Capricorn venus/Cancer mars is a stay at home mother and housewife, for many years, 25years exact. lol until her oldest became of legal age she went back to work. not a career type of work but just volunteering and also working in odd jobs to stay busy after the children are off to college.lol

I read somewhere that Cap Venus people need to have their career established and create a secure living environment to truly be able to have a loving committed relationship...
that they generally know who is a worthy candidate before they 'settle'..click to expand

I'm Venus in Capricorn.... I'm an old school type of lover. I still believe in courting. Loyalty, respect, manners, courtesy are some of the Venus in cap traits.. For me anyway

that they generally know who is a worthy candidate before they 'settle'..I've been close a couple of times, but hasn't worked out. It's actually been 5 years since the divorce. I'm a Sag, I am optimistic & hopeful always. But, trust is hard these days.

Posted by Isabeau90wow that's a beautiful story but so sad. we know a few elderly women like this, who never go dating or meet any more men even when their husband's have passed. Their husbands were so awesome types, though. They are very good men from what i have met and seen, and heard, and these men are rare and kind, who took care of their women in old age if ever they died, so that their women would have insurance and a little humble home or even a nice home to live in before they die. And everything is taken care for them. That is the very root of all women who get old......to be taken care of ....they want to be able to see their children, and grandchildren do well in life...and if they lose their husbands, they are taken care of.Posted by Rindaroooh that's wonderful! but in their lives they were good to eachother, ups and downs and they made sure their wives were taken care of. This would also be true with the woman if she ever passes away too.
if you have met and found a very good man who was soooo wonderful he is so loving and you just can't live without him, it makes sense no man would ever do. It's better to be alone, and be with your children.click to expand
