Did you ever just read about an aspect of yours and almost cry because it hit so close to home?

a 12th house moon person their needs are hidden, elusive, both from themselves and others around them

So, here's a list of useless questions to ask a 12th house Moon (unless you are looking for an excuse to work yourself into a froth of frustration):

How do you feel? ("Don't know, can't put it into words.")

What are your needs? (A wide-handed shrug that equates needs to vastness and unquantifiability of the sea; "I don't know")

What do you want? ("I don't know"; "What do you want?")

Can you remember how you felt about that? ("I don't know how to put it into words"; "I cannot find the words to explain how I feel about you either, words are so inadequate, I just feel".)

What are your boundaries? ("I don't know, but when you cross them we'll both know.")

What makes you happy? ("When you're happy.")

In short, a recipe for insanity if you're looking for any kind of a straight answer.

i hate not being able to access my feelings and not being able to express them Crying
Saturn in the 11th is often raised in a world of adults so that they often do not fit in with their peers. When D, they seek a functional purpose in a group in order to feel that they belong.
When R, they can become terrified of groups (they were often raised by adults too and they may not relate well to people their own age). Direct assumes responsibilities in groups but the R people often say that they never do this because of “self imposed limitations.â€

Not cried but made feel some other type of way

What was the aspect? And how did it make you feel when reading about it?
SUN/SATURN in hard aspect Orb 6° 42'

Your father is cold, aloof and distant. He taught you to build a
wall around yourself, which keeps others from getting close. He
wants your respect rather than your love. You may show him
respect out of fear of what he might do if you didn't. He fears
and resents authority figures. You feel that way about him and,
as a result, other authority figures. You want to be an authority
figure in order to 'show' him.

I had a great relationship with my dad though, but that hard aspect is true in that he mainly wanted respect. he's an aquarian with a Virgo moon so he's very practical in affection. he was gone a lot when I was little because he worked 3 jobs at a time to move out of a bad area. there's ALOT of positive sun aspects that represent him. such as:

SUN/URANUS in soft aspect Orb 1° 56'

Your father is inventive, intuitive and individualistic. He
encourages you to be your own person. He has a strong
humanitarian side that puts the welfare of the group first. He is
unique and comfortable with himself. He has passed this along to
you.

SUN/NEPTUNE in soft aspect Orb 1° 45'

Your father taught you spirituality and selflessness. He is kind
and willing to serve. You see only the best in people because you
see only the best in him--and he taught you to see only the best
in yourself. He is an inspiration to you.

and my sun in the first house description:

THE SUN IN THE FIRST HOUSE

Your father taught you to put yourself first and express your
power, authority and individualtiy. However, his influence can be
so strong that he actually inhibits you. The closer the Sun is to
the ascendant, the greater his influence and the more you may
look like him. While you act like him, you feel that you are your
own authority figure. This can be unsettling to him and cause him
to compete with you. It is important to avoid self-centeredness.

That sounds pretty good? I guess it depends where they are and how they're aspected. What is this stellium like for you?
I don't have many hard aspects but this one hit home the most for me. so incredibly true

Saturn square Mars
The square between Mars and Saturn sets up a defensiveness in your nature, producing some difficulties in personal relationships. Fear of rejection, perhaps based on early life experiences, prompts a sense of caution in romance. You have a tendency toward melancholy and self-pity. This aspect is an impediment to happiness and the expression of optimism. In the expression of energies, there is an alternating current between assertiveness and apathy. You may be slow to reach long range goals despite much hard work and continued effort.
the moon conjunct Chiron also hits home the most too...in the 11th house. I made a thread about it in the moon forum awhile back. never emotionally fulfilled and you always have a longing to belong in regards to the 11th house but you never quite make it.

uh oh
i hope you're doing ok ðŸ'—
Doesn't really make me cry but it explains much to me as to why i am the way i am with work lol also having Saturn in 6th plays a role with my work as well. The part i bolded was the main reason i posted this, i cut myself off from people for YEARS becuase it was the "easier" path so i didn't have to deal.. ya no not fun.

Pluto is more intense when Retrograde and this intensity is highly psychological which can make them more suspicious of others because they pick up more at that psychological level.
• Pluto R is definitely more psychological – investigation, healing, transformational

They register the unseen very quickly, they see the negative side more easily but they need to cut this off because it will isolate them from life and people.

These people have much greater insights into the subconscious. This makes them more loners and introverted. They may have trouble relaxing around many people due to the psychological process and registering so much information.

Powers of regeneration and rejuvenation are incredible in its House position.

Pluto in 10th – Both R and D in the 10th have problems with authority figures. When they work in an office, they need the boss to disappear and let them do their job. They re-organize the office system so that it is uniquely their own. Sometimes Pluto R does not always receive the recognition that they deserve. But, both need to be in charge. They need to be more mindful of how they treat people in their office, co-workers and employees because they can be a bit controlling and inflexible. They can be rebellious of authority, especially authority that tries to control or dictate terms to them.

My Saturn is the one that does bring me to tears. It's in 6th, opposite my Asc. also aspects other stuff.

The descendant is a symbolic condensation point for what we don't identify with in ourselves and therefore project onto or seek out in others or through intimate relationships. With this placement of Saturn you may seek a father figure in your partner, someone who can teach you how to stand on your own two feet and succeed in the world. Or, your intimate relationships may be arenas in which you and your partner explore and grow in responsibility and self-discipline together.

On a soul level, a separative tendency deep within makes it difficult for you to relate to others. You withdrew from people in a previous life, and now in this life you are being forced to deal with intimate one-to-one relationships. You need to learn cooperation and to understand the other person's feelings.

If Saturn is afflicted, there will be trouble in business partnerships. There may be an early marriage for reasons of security. You are very painstaking and deliberate when it comes to relationships of all kinds. You tend toward long-lasting friendships and are very loyal, sometimes too staid. It's easier for you to be alone, but you don't learn as much.

one thing I can describe (because I can't describe venus in the 12th very well)......is my Neptune in the 1st. After reading about this finally......after being called delusional more times than I can count.....I just sat there trying to pull a Neptune in the 1st. (lol)

My Neptune in the first...

You are stranded in the desert because you ran out of gas and Neptune in the 1st is like....

That's okay! I have two bottles of water in the trunk, a can of fix a flat and a few fun size packages of skittles in the glove box from Halloween.

*facepalm*

Thank gawd we have not yet made contact with aliens yet....my Neptune in the 1st is like.....

I kind a like you......of course we can date...I can do long distance.....I have an intergalatic cellphone plan through T-Mobile...if I call your mars landline I only have to pay .03 per minute!

*head desk*

It's like we have no idea how bad it is. Ever. Someone has to sit our ass down and figuratively piss in our cereal or REALLY hurt the feelings before we concede that it's bad, it's really fucking bad......

smh

yes... it's it. That baseball bat to reality fucking sucks.

yet we just keep going and believing it will all work out because of course it will!

baseball bat called reality*

Do you relate to the absent father thing too?

Yes I have always been around either adults or children more, never really people my own age so much. Definitely have difficulty in groups. I don't relate to the absent father thing though; my dad has always been here for me.

Thanks faux

I asked because our lad has this placement. He doesn't like groups...he feels closed in. He has two close friends who he is comfortable with

His dad has always been there physically for him but emotionally not so much as he is a workaholic

aww how old is he?
also have you spoken with his dad about him being more around for your son emotionally?

in groups i feel like i'm missing something, kind of detatched, not a part of it, like im looking in from the outside
i find it hard to connect to many people at once like that, i much prefer one on one, or just a very small group up to 3 other people

also though i read somewhere in my chart (cant remember where) that i have a fear of rejection (actually maybe in multiple placements or aspects) and i think i tend to not put myself out there, and hold back a lot, and do a lot of self isolating out of that fear. so maybe check if your son has anything like this, or something that would go hand in hand with this saturn 11th in retrograde aspect, so you can see how to guide him.

i think i feel more comfortable with adults because they're generally more mature and have more knowledge and experience, and with little children, they're unbiased and innocent and just want to have fun. i feel like i can learn from both groups, and i just feel more comfortable with them for some reason.

Nothing much really. I have my virgo sun in the 5th.

Sun Opposition Moon
Sun Sextile Mars
Sun Trine Uranus
Sun Trine Neptune
Sun Sextile Pluto
(idk if that's relevant but i put it just in case)

Why do you ask about my 5th house?

Posted by starwars
so i'm reading about my placements that i think are difficult and found the most horrifying thing

- Venus in 8th: It is important to understand the 8th House. This is the most obsessive House — many have different levels of OCD! Many of my friends have planets in the 8th because they are creative and intuitive but they can never ever stay in my home!
Planets in the 8th NEED obsessions but these must always be directed outside of themselves — internalizing causes extreme obsessiveness that is highly alienating. (WHAT THE FUCK)

Yeah, lol

The aspect I worked on most and probably will forever is Moon square Venus.

Both in cardinal signs, both in water houses (one water in water house, one fire in water house)

Both water and fire are reactionary elements emotionally so..that square is intensely annoying.

Mars inconjunct Pluto for me too. The only inconjunction in my chart I haven't mastered. If Mars wasn't in Aries...I would assume it would've been better.

And a special "fuck you!" to my jupiter in fail (gemini) in the 7th.
Oh Virgo Sun alone is not a walk in the park for most of us so I'mma add that too. But it's in the 9th cuz I am so cool and angular..so it's good.

Libra moon in the twelfth; easy to drown in feels once they present themselves. But it's not easy to discuss. And then we can have them sneak up on us after weeks of either numbness or being completely unaware. Especially if I feel powerless, or useless. And it doesn't help that my Pluto in Scorp is in the first.

what sign is your Pluto in?
and mars in what house? don't tell me the 4th lol! that'd suck!

Scorpio
Aries Moon & Mars. Yeah, you guessed it, the fourth.

Moon,Mars,Venus all in water houses...which makes Pullen place water higher than earth in my chart, thereby turning me into a firewater.
