Totally. If you slow down a little bit, actually observe and take the world around you in...you'll see.
Kind gestures like opening a door, paying for someone's coffee/meal, asking (and genuinely asking) how someone is feeling...those are all positive things and the more you notice them the more often you will. That's how small ripples turn into big things.
Yeah it's not ending major societal downfalls but it's helping a fellow human bean out and that is doing something for a positive change.
Just my two cents tho! 💛
