gemini, capricorn, cancer...

most astrology sites say that these three signs are moody, or have mood swings, etc...

my question is how do you think gems, caps, and cancers mood swings differ from each other?

i'm guessing gems may have the more nervous, irritable, high-strung, every-which-way, kind of mood swings. Most likely they need some kind outlet, and quick! Just clear a path, lol

Cancer, it's pretty much all on the sleeve, highly emotional, not much held back, here at all. Will share with whoever wants to listen, or give a sympathetic ear. Maybe more held in 'reserve' for next time, if problem not solved, which may add even more to the next tidal wave.

As a Gemini, I can only really discuss the mood swings of a Gemini. What you have to understand about a Gemini, is that we are the child sign of the zodiac. We see the world through a child's eyes. You've seen how quickly a child can turn from happy to a temper tantrum. Well it is not much different for us Geminis. Also, mood swings arise from the twin nature of the Gemini. One moment you may be talking to one twin and moments later you are talking with the other. I've read that it is like Gemini's are half female and half male. We are never sure which side of us should respond. Sometimes you get the aggressive male side and sometimes you will evoke the feminine side.

Gemini > vascillating Airy melancholica
Capricorn > earthy, smug and inert melancholia
Cancer > watery melancholia

I'm never moody. Cancers are VERY VERY moody. My sister must be the moodiest person I know (she's a cancer), Sometimes its really scary to be around her because her vibes are so strong and negative. Geminis may be confused as being moody because we change our minds so much, but we actually are not moody. We are usually very positive, optimistic, and don't explode at people for no apparent reasons.

Hey GemGal, how do I find out all the details about my sign? I just know I'm a gemini, but what else? I always hear about people saying they have a ________ ascendent or a planet in ________, etc...

I am very sensitive deep down and can get "moody", but I never let it show. A lot of things make me emotional but nobody knows that besides me.
For example, If something is bothering my sister, she won't tell anyone what it is that's bothering her but she'll take it out on everyone as if it is our fault.
With my family and friends, I am very nice, sweet, and never take out my anger on them (unless someone really pisses me off). Not only anger but I am pretty detached in general and hate showing emotion regardless if its love or hate. I have a hard time saying "I love you", but I also have a hard time saying "I hate you".

Also, when everyone else if fighting, I'm the one to be quiet and try to get everyone else to get a long. Even when my family is struggling (whether its financially, or in other ways) I am the one to keep positive.

Its hard to explain myself and my emotions though because sometimes with Gems It seems like we contradict ourselves. But we are complicated people. I mean, you could use two words that have opposite meanings to describe us and somehow it would make sense.
