HIring a Libra.... what say you?

I'm hiring a new assistant, again. My first one was an Aries. She was with me for years and it worked out great until her life started to spiral out of control and she got uber dramatic and competitive with me.
My last one was a Cancer. Total nightmare. I'll spare you the details but she was fake, sneaky, selfish and tried to manipulate me. Little did she know my love for Astrology so I was 5 steps ahead of her and ended up saving myself from the scam she was trying to pull. Yes, it was that bad. I had a Cancer client last year who was similar. Not doing so well with my own sign.
So... I have had a few interviews and I really like this Libra. She is on the cusp of Virgo too! This doesn't surprise me since I am also a cusper with many cusper friends.
I don't know any Libras besides my mother and a neighbor. I like my mother and my neighbor...
Wondering what I may expect from a professional relationship with a Libra?

Thanks! She seemed to have some substance and the conversation and humor flowed easily. I like the fact that in my limited interaction with Libras they can converse on many different topic and can be very charming. I plan to keep this relationship surface and Libras seem to like it that way. Nice for me.
Both my Mother and neighbour are extremely professional and quite dedicated to their work.
I ran her chart. WOW... that's a whole lot of Libra with just enough water to keep things interesting. I only hope her love life is stable with that Venus/Mars combo, lol!
