How can you tell who you would be paired best...

I would like to know if anyone knows if there is a way to tell who you would be most compatible with based on looking at your chart? I know environmental factors and your roots factor in, but there must be a way to get a good idea no???
For instance, some of my planets are:
Sun Cancer
Ascendant Pisces
Moon Virgo
Venus Cancer
Mars Leo
Mercury Gemini
Jupiter Taurus
Saturn Leo
Uranus Scorpio
Neptune Sagitarrius
Pluto Libra
True Node Scorpio
Chiron Taurus
Anyone know how I could figure out who I might get along with best?
And if you have a partner, do you feel their charts meshed well with yours or do you think it really doesn't matter much astrologically?
