I can deal, as long as we're not talking "follows me to the bathroom" level of clingy. Clingy by itself is actually endearing to me..clingy with insanity/extreme neediness is not.

As long as they have no problem with giving me space to breathe..it's ok. I can get pretty clingy as well..hogging up your presence and just generally orbiting around you. I go through moods.

People being sick brings up my clingy tendencies..I'm there by their side with all medicine known to mankind, soothing music playing in the background, extra pillows if they need them, oils for massages if their body is sore. And so on and so forth to infinity. Pretty much the only scenario where I'm clingy as fuck.

Clinginess doesn't flatter me. I know better. Them wanting to be up under me all the time isn't usually a reflection of how they feel about me personally. Clingy people tend to have a track record of being clingy with past partners as well. Proof that clinginess is a reflection of who they really are on the inside (a demon that manifests itself regardless of who they have relations with) vs. them only being that way with me

Clinginess is insecurity & possessiveness in disguise. It's a reflection of their rejection and abandonment issues. People like to butter it up, justifying it by trying to convince you that they're smothering you b/c they just love you OH so much. But again, I know better.

And I can't stand it. Give me my space. Don't try to infringe on my freedom & expect for me to cater to your unacknowledged insecurities. When I need alone time, solidarity, or to hang out with my friends and others who are important to me too, don't make me feel guilty for it. Well, even if you tried, I wouldn't anyways lol

Trust that I am still a good loyal person who enjoys and loves 'us' even when I'm out of your sight. If you can only trust me when you're keeping tabs on me 24-7, then that's not real trust at all. I know better.

I want you love & trust me b/c you just freakin' do vs. your trust only being contingent on how much of my every move you have access to.

Oh okay... then, I don't think I mind clingy.

Got me on speed dial, first person you call or text, first person you ask if you need something,
you got my work week and home life routine memorized so you call me as soon as you wanna do something...
You wanna hang in the car, go for a drive, do nothing, what ever, I'm down if your my SO.
BUT
the second I tell you I got other plans or I can't be available - if I offer an alternative back up catch up and you throw a tantrum -Unimpressed.

For me, I feel trapped. But I feel wanted. So if they are clingy I get really really annoyed because I feel like they love me more than I do them which is a HUGE turn off for me, but not clingy I feel like they don't really care which is about as annoying, but I feel a little competition, which really turns me on since it adds to the tension, but too long of it I just get bored and move on. So clingy, gross, I hate it!! But I need it after a little chase.

Leo. Can't stand clingy people at all. I need an abundance of space. Someone that needs to be around all the time or talk to me all the time every day creeps me out.

In the past I hated clingy men.

Aries. I have tried my best in the past to accommodate clingy-ness but me time is how I rejuvenate and recharge and I need that time. While I'm alone, trust me, I'm thinking about th the whole time...I like to miss someone and build up the anticipation. I can't miss you if you never go away.

Seriously, you could text me the alphabet or play by play of a basketball game. i will read each text with the same amount of enthusiasm.

clingy is much better than me having to much time on my hands for my mind to make up all kind of shit about what your doing.

Capricorn here. I don't like clingy. Especially when they pout because I've got things to do and can't just sit and snuggle. I don't like texting all day every day. I don't like someone checking up on me constantly and not putting their hands on me constantly. I have broken up with people for this kind of stuff.

Oh, I do enjoy snuggles and touching and time together and texts, but not 24/7.

I want just enough to know they really love me, but I want to feel like they respect my space and time as well.

I'm glad I amuse you. Hubby is not clingy. Maybe because he has aqua rising. Anyhoo we aren't attach to each other's hip last time I check.

They're loners, but when they are in a relationship you can't breath. One year for me with a cancer, and he couldn't let go, so I finally stopped talking to him.
