like with the moons and cusps and ascendents and all that jazz? i think i remember being told you can do it at cafeastrology, but the site appears to be down.

The best website to me for a birth chart is: http://www.astro.com/ click on "My Astro data" and fill in your details after that click on Personal Portrait and you scroll to the bottom and you will see your chart, for further explanation of what each sign means in each planet and cusps just use google.
I always use www.alabe.com - this can also give you the "astrological weather" - a chart for the exact time and place where you are while you are looking at that screen.
