How do you tell if a chart has negative aspects?

Does this chart have a lot of negative aspects? I don't know how to include the photo in the message, but here's the link to it:

By negative aspects I mean like dealing with hardships, conflicts both internal and external and stuff like that. I'm still kinda new to this astrology stuff so would love your input on my chart!
