Most posts seem to focus on which sign is the most . . . .

I think each and every person has the capacity for anything, so instead I would like to know how each sign shows - anger.

I've found that Pisces have a tendency to go cold and swim away, to shy away or avoid situations, because they hate confrontation. This trait can also turn to mean and vindictive behaviour in an underhand way and may seem contrary to the Piscean 'niceness'. We can also be prone to emotional outbursts and tantrums in order to manipulate others to feeling badly and giving in; this can often be unconscious, but unfortunately sometimes effective.

What's your sign and how do YOU feel you show your anger, or can you relate to the above?

quantumBlue, passive aggressive = not good at all. i'm not trying to criticize, it probably hurts you more than anyone else.

it takes a LOT for me to get angry. but when i am, it's never pretty...it tends to manifest in different forms. sometimes i just ignore people when they really screw up and distance myself until they make an effort to right it. more often i'm pretty direct though, and approach people directly with the reason they pissed me off. it's not really being confrontational, it's just being practical because being angry takes too much energy. with certain people, i yell. they really drive me crazy, and i limit my contact w/them.

my sun is aquarius, and moon is virgo.i think mars also plays a role in anger related issues.
i have a bad anger.but it will not show itself in the form of a temper tantrum or an outburst,i rather choose to cut with my words.i can say the meanest of things to people who are the reason for the anger, sometimes exceeding the limit.
i am not as easy to anger, but once roused,it is hard for me to calm it down and walk away.i become confrontational when angered.i won't sit still,i need to get even.the revenge streak is pretty strong in me.
now i don't know how other aquarians might be,but i like to hit with words when my ire is raised.

It depends with me. If it's superficial anger that comes on quickly, I may raise my voice a little bit or at least sound agitated, but after that I calm down. If it's a deep seated feel it in your bones kind of anger, I speak calmly, or am silent but with either a really pissed off look on my face, or a sadistic and sarcastic smirk on my face, as if to instigate the person in question into giving me an excuse to get physical.

I guess I deal with things emotionally the same way as my moon as its also in Pisces. My Mars is in Taurus, my being easy going and slow to anger, combined with Piscean lack of reality makes me a tad too laid back.
At work if someone is angry at me; I will just ignore their mood and carry on the conversation ignoring their tone. They either walk away in frustration or start to talk normally; their anger does not enter my 'Piscean' reality, I don't take it personally.
I agree with Sweet-P, if someone is attacking my friends, I will fire up. Beware of treating my or any other child badly. But it's different when it comes to standing up for my own feelings, I just let the water flow by.
I find if someone is making outrageous statements about facts, I tend to bicker; now I am learning to tell them to look it up, to prove it. I do enjoy a good session with my Aries son.
Most of the Pisces I know are fairly similar, easy going people seemingly walking around simply not designing to notice tense or angry situations. lol.

How Does My Sign Show Anger? I will admit that I have a temper. I may not look like it, but I really do. I have no tolerance for decietful people or anyone who think they can harm someone I love. I'm surprisingly protective and I have alot of backboneto stand my own ground. I can be down right viscious when I want to be and I never walk away without leaving behind some sort of damage.(Winks)

It really depends on the situation. If it is not because of a specific person, or unfair to put the fault of the anger on a person I tend to hold it in and "deal with it" and just move on. In most cases I get pretty cold and keep to myself but the keep to myself part is really hard. If there is a problem somewhere I try to point it out in a non confrontational but clear and concise manner, what happens from there depends on how whoever is involved takes that.

When it comes to other people I am pretty reserved but if I am really angered by someone I call them on their behavior in private if possible, as to not make someone defensive by making a scene. I try to attack the problem not the person. However, if the tables are turned and someone confronts me in a manner that does not show the same respect I get defensive and a bit more blind and the focus turns to breaking the other person down and not solving the issue. If someone confronts me in company all I will focus on is breaking them down, breaking their spirit. If the ask to speak to me, or approach me in private I handle it very cooly and objectively.

I am really laid back and slow to anger but there are a few triggers where I will go off and attack someone. That is if someone is taking advantage of or manipulating/abusing someone else. Unfairness or someones inability to be diplomatic will set me off. I see that kind of behavior as completely disrespectful and lacking in character and in the moment I feel as if they deserve the worst I have to offer. Same with people who have no or little capacity to control their temper, I see them as weak and will not show them any dignity or mercy if it is directed towards me.

I really dislike confrontation like most libras. There is two ways to deal with that, either remove yourself from it which I always try to do first, and in an obvious way to give fair warning so to speak...the other way, if you can't de-escalate it or avoid it is to completely crush it so it won't be a problem any more.

"I really dislike confrontation like most libras."

This is alot like pisces too, and with Taurus Rising i can be laid back, yet stubborn and hold my ground if i have to. i also have (Moon) aqua opposing (Mars) Leo, so i tend to see-saw back and forth between cool detachment, and a more wilful, fiery pride. But for the most part, i like to use my intuition alot, as some things are better left unsaid, & sometimes better to speak-up. (especially if there's been an unjust to the people you love or care about.)

lol @ anger management class.

Kind of reminds me of when I was a freshman in college and took a supplemental time management course. It was only offered at 8:30 in the morning so no one ever showed up (including myself most of the time). What I always wanted to know was what genius decided to schedule a course for people who obviously have a problem with managing their time that early in the morning?

I can relate to the Taraus rising. I have a tuarus rising as well, so people don't usually predict me as a Libra as while I am not fond of confrontation, I am not afraid of it either and move to take control when it happens.

I have a Libra sun and Moon so what I believe, think and feel in a confronation is 100% on with no inner/outer confusion. If I am pissed about something I am pissed about something there is no misunderstanding, with the Taurus rising I am more than willing to throw the first punch so to speak (not talking about fighting, just confrontation so it applies to arguments and such) and with my virgo mars, when it is apparent I need to break a person down in a defensive manner I do it very systematically/objectively. I am a real crappy person to deal with...I have ONE water sign in my whole chart, I am pretty much all air and earth with a couple of sag mixed in so when I get really angry I have no empathy or consideration for the other persons emotions or feelings, when pushed to the brink it really is a me versus them thing and I don't like losing much. Luckily I keep things very objective. What I say/do may be hurtful but I am attacking the principle not the person, the pain of the person is really upon their ability to understand the principle in my mind.

virgo sun, taurus moon, sag in mars

For the most part I am like branh with the following statement:

"I'm a Virgo, and I normally become cold and silent when angry. In some rare (and I mean ultra rare) situations, I've become uncontrollably violent."

But sometimes (usually after thinking about it) words will starting ripping right out of me. If I get "pushed" around on a dance floor I will "push" back hard! Being in over-crowded places is a pet peeve of mine though.

i know it takes me a long time to get angry, but when i do, i speak very quietly in an intimidating tone of voice. usually the words that come out are very biting, i always know everyone's weakness within weeks of knowing them, and if angry i won't hesitate to use that knowledge for evil (comforting myself with the fact that if they got me that angry, they deserve it anyway). it's a bad habit, but we scorpios have a stinger, all right...

IGNORE!

When I am veyr angry on some one I try to stay away from that person and go away from him/her for days/weeks/months or forever. My ignoring someone is an indication of my lack of interest/care etc. into them. Sometimes I also go into heated /tough arguments in the most graceful manners that will hurt the other person for long after the incident.

I do not/can not forget insult/hurt etc. easily , though I try hard. The reason is I do not do that to others normally and hence when I get bad treatment, I can't forget that easily.

I brood and plot on the best way to strike the person. At the time I'm consumed with how I can annhilate their ass..... I progressively up the ante until the person is at wits end with me, it's all really just a ploy to get the person to question their own sanity/intellect for screwing with me: the best way to strike anyone is to manipulate their mind by striking periodically just to keep 'em on their toes so any damage that's done to them is either in their head or is brought on by their own fear, or carelessness....then rather than letting it go, I'll just keep on stabbing at the person, making their life hell. In short, I stop being angry when I FEEL like it and nothing will stop me until I'm satisfied.

I don't know if it's a 'virgo thing' but my anger has different style s, and astrologically speaking, it could be becuase of the exaltations in my chart, that could play a significant role in overall personality expression.....I'm not just a Virgo, but a Crab, a Ram, and a Libra. At times, I explode for everyone to see, or I brood silently. (this also depends on how badly I want to strike back at the person.)

oh, it's more than healthy....give it a go....I COULD be direct, but then, I risk sacrificnig my plans and loosing the war and not gaining victory all becuase I wanted to tell the person 'how much they hurt me!' heh, not a damn chance: it's all about victory my eulogy....I want SUCCESS with my plans and to do that I must be indirect and objective to alter them if their should be any errors that could ultimately backfire on me in the end, but in a larger sense I guess that's karma for your ass! lol

I have not a problem at all to go straight up to a person and knock their fuckin block off but you can't win every battle by fists....you've gotta think.....expose their weakness (and trust everyones got one) and attack it repeatedly, and they'll get the message. When I'm like that, I swear my life becomes devoted to making your life hell.

Trust me myelogy, when things get emotional, nothing does the body or mind justice like a good ol fashioned cup of vengeance....or a side of whoop-ass. Take your pick.
