If your chart dominant element is different to your moons element, can that kind of alter it?

My moon is aries but even though it's all true and everything, I still feel more emotional than I'm apparently supposed to be. The simple chart delineation by walter pullen says my dominant element is water. How does this take effect? What do you think?

@tiziani I only have one moon aspect: Sun Opposition Moon 6°48

No, you don't. You have a moon trine Pluto as well. More water. It seems to be pretty wide, though, so you might not feel it, but it wouldn't surprise me if you did since Pluto is stronger in scorpio in the 8th house than your Moon is in Aries 12th house. As I understand it - I'm not an astrologer.

That's interesting, I did not know that. It doesn't come up on my astro personal portrait probably because of the wide orb like you said.

I checked my "personal portrait", and they don't show all of mine either. I didn't check very thoroughly, but it seems you're right - it's the ones with the wider aspects and a few minor aspects that don't show there.

But you can see the moon trine pluto aspect in your chart, right?

Yeah now I'm looking at it I can see it. I never looked for the aspects myself because when I started I had no idea what I was looking at and I just kept using the personal portrait info. Thank you for telling me this! I looked up the moon trine pluto and I definitely feel it

Nice! When the orbs are very wide, I don't usually bother to look at them at all for the most time in my chart, but given what I wrote above and the fact that you have very few aspects to your moon, I would definitely take it into account anyway if I were you. And you do feel it, so...smile

I'm not an astrologer, though, so take everything I say with a pinch of salt.smile
