Actually I'm only saying something I've read somewhere on the web some time ago. It was not my own idea.
And when I checked men and women with the most clicks in October, I found 20% Sun in 12th but also 25% empty 12th houses. Most of the empty 12ths in the men's list. I don't know if this is a proof or anti proof. Adding to it that nobody knows if they have the right birth time info.

There are other significators for the fame, like (it has been mentioned above I think) people with prominent Leo (for them the stage comes naturally), especially the prominent Regulus (a fixed star in Leo constellation). In general, people with prominent fixed stars (especially the main fixed stars, the four of them), become famous (for good or bad, whether they want it or not), cause those stars hold much more potent energy, literally and figuratively speaking, and bring the life of the person in the light, push them to become known, again, could be for good or bad reasons.

Regarding fame, it is a wide concept, so a person could be famous worldwide, or famous in their circle (for certain good or bad traits), so it is not that only a celebrity fame is a fame, it is more to do with the fact that the person stands out in a crowd for certain energy he or she emits.
