juno topics & questions

I have Juno (R) in Scorpio - 7th house. I've learned that this is not good and means a woman with this position may be a target for abuse at the hands of the men she chooses. A male friend of mine also has Juno (R) in Scorpio. This represents the type of women he looks for so is he looking for women he can easily control and abuse?

Is Juno indicative of marriage prospects? What about Vesta? I've read about my natal chart on online astrological sites and some aspects lead them to say, I'll have a long and happy marriage while others say, I'll never find a meaningful relationship and will waste my time in meaningless love affairs.

To date, neither seems true.
no. Juno in Scorpio does not mean you will be abused or dominated.

UNLESS it is in HARD aspect to PLUTO.

smh. that's a lucky placement what you have. especially being in the 7th house.

very lucky if you ask me. mine is in the 12th. that's the real curse.

it is your ideal marriage partner or who your marriage partner will most likely be. go me. my first marriage may potentially "do me in or be an enemy". I could see that though with my relationship patterns. my Juno is in hard aspect to Neptune and Uranus. says enough by itself. I date weirdos. drug addicts. emotionally abusive men. I wasn't really surprised when I read what Juno in the 12th entailed. THAT is where the real abuse lies.......

luckily I'm too pigheaded to deal with a physically abusive man. I'd fight back. however....psychologically/emotionally abusive men are very subtle at getting power over you to take you down. much more elusive. I've learned a lot though, so I'm not upset about it. in a way, I think it is fortunate. only because of all the lessons I have learned. they weren't in vain...even if they were painful at the time.
Mars square Saturn in a woman's chart is also an indicator of "attracting cruel men" into her life. this could be a sign of abuse. whether it be emotional or physical.

I also have this aspect, so I will definitely agree with that. Bob marks discusses that as well (the Mars sq. Saturn thing).

you mentioned meaningless love affairs being predicted in your chart. sounds like Uranus possibly hitting your Venus in a square or opposition. that's more of the "string of affairs" planet (Uranus) when it's in hard aspect to Venus. not always necessarily true though. we are the true dictators of our lives. our birth chart gives us a map to our life. but we get to choose the path. don't give up. I haven't. and my chart basically screams "the odds are not in your favor". there is always hope. we create our future.

I saw pisces juno the same way as 12th juno, as they live with an imaginary partner, who they want to "save"...so it advises to be careful because they are not living in reality so they just don't care about the person's shortcomings --- which mean they can also be abusive and cheat and all kinds of bad stuff.
but if learn these things before you get into a serious relationship and avoid it all together does that mean you won't fulfill your KARMA from past lives? that also means you will not get the benefits of going through the gates of hell into heaven. (metaphor) because you've kind of short changed yourself?

edit - just food for thought. As astrology can help us, but I wonder if it hinders us, by knowing these things because it is not allowing for growth as an individual where you are supposed to go through the fires of hell.
that also means you will just be OK but your next life will still be the same where you HAVE to go through the fires of hell. If you can't go through it this time around, and you will skate through life, but be OK and not happy or miserable, then your KARMA will go onto the next lifetime. and the next. It will never leave you. it's like the shadow over your soul.

I read that 7th house really really wants to partner badly. are you with someone? i'm surprised you aren't with someone right now. you seem really serene and plenty of men would love to be with someone who provides security and stability.

@Season what kind of men do you attract?
Jerks and losers mostly. No, seriously I do meet lots of awesome men but relationships don't work out for some reason or another.

Juno in Scorpio by itself does not indicate abuse, but Juno RETROGRADE in Scorpio does, according to what I have have learned on the internet astrology sites. My Vesta, is positioned in Cancer and this is supposed to be indicative of good luck in marriage

I have a Venus Jupiter trine, which I thought would indicate good fortune when meeting potential partners too.

I guess it's all a crap shoot. LoL.

@lisabethur8 that's interesting, I've jupiter in the 7th aside from my Juno double whammy in sag.
you will marry, most likely a man who loves to ROAM.

Sagittarius men remind me of this guy....singing the lyrics.

he leaves his home and his mother cries, and he tells her, don't worry mama, i'm gonna hit the big time. be a big star (Gambler) she cried and he said don't cry...just wave and say goodbye. SOOOO Sagittarius!!!

The singer Paul Rodgers is a Sagittarius sun, Scorpio moon, Aqua venus, and married to a Pisces sun/Cap moon, or was it Cap sun/Pisces moon? but anyway he married that combo. she went on the JOURNEY with him. It's so bittersweet and lovely.

yes! exactly. actually the guy I'm involved with now has this. I have to live up to his imaginary standards. haha. the pressure is on!!

12th house/Pisces there seems very difficult
Mines Juno in Libra as well as 5 other Libra placements through out my chart that would tie together some point in my life.

It's all about balance and helping around together. Including household income, chores, bills, and simply communicating this and it's most likely the type of questions I ask when meeting an individual. All about 50/50 Ishmael. Pull the weight of their own and Co adapting.

I also have Juno in scorpio, but I'm not sure which house. How did you find out which house your Juno was in??

I've never read that J in S means your lover will abuse you, but it can mean there will be an element of jealousy in the relationship.
I got my chart at psychic science. They used to do really awesome astrological charts with all the placements of the asteroids. I think Cafe astrology also gives the major asteroid's positions by degree.

Ouch. Good luck with your 12th house Juno guy. I really wouldn't mind being a man's fantasy, but you know, it becomes hard to have a relationship because they don't want reality. They love the image they create in their minds. They could do as well with a picture.
