What does it mean, really? Take mars, for instance. Let's say you have a low ranked mars (like me), does that mean you sit limply on your ass all day? And if you (like me) have that mars in pisces, does that mean you can't be bothered to breathe whilest sitting limply on that ass?

About Pisces mars, do you even know what you want? It seems like they would prefer for life to happen to them instead of taking the initiative. Nothing wrong with that IMO.

you can't rely on it anyway. some planets in the chart need special attention and pullen isn't that great for determining which ones do need it.click to expand

of course. mars is obviously your least aspected/ weakesst but it still connects with the rest of your chart.
there are many ways of determining dominants. skywriter even has a space for anything you think is important where you can give as many points as you like.
