I'm an Aries with a Sag moon and I'm pretty critical. Which placements makes one critical?

As a sag I think it's best to let everyone know where I stand, to reduce confusion, this includes my thoughts on your nappy hair lol. (If in fact it needs addressing in my mind)

The first time I read nappy hair, I thought someone had put a nappy on their head. In the US it refers to the tight curls you see in black peoples hair. It's all very odd and doesn't make sense.

I'm a Sagittarius Moon and oh my God I say some things sometimes that are a little much... And I don't even realize it only until I've said it. "You look like shit today, are you OK?" "Mom stop eating you're getting really fat." And it just comes like word vomit. Judging: "He's a lawyer so he's probably a liar"
Not sure if everyone will pick up the difference, but that's how I see it. They are synonyms of each other, but I do think there is a difference.

Critical seems to imply some kind of room for improvement. When I think of people who criticize a lot, there seems to be an implicit understanding that what they're criticizing would be better if it changed. It's kind of objective.
Judgmental seems way more subjective and like there's no room for improvement--it's just the person's selfish opinion.
Example:
Critical: Man, these donuts are really hard and taste kind of stale

one time, we had gone to a play, and in between the play, there was a luncheon, and they were serving not soo good food. And he got upset. You pay for a lot for the play, and expect some goood food at least. but the food is crappy. Dry everything, dry that, and too soggy this. we might as well take our own food with.

In a way, I think each sign can be critical. A pisces can be critical of inconsiderate behavior. A sag can be critical of someone's lack of enthusiasm or honesty. A cap may frown upon one's reckless decisions. Taurus or Libra may be critical of tasteless behavior. But that's very general and full of exceptions.
