Overly intense natal chart aspects?

Those pluto aspects possibly. I have a moon trine pluto and venus trine pluto- in socially interactive settings some call me intense and/or intimidating...when I'm really just minding my own business. I think pluto trines sort of make you unaware of how intense you can be. I honestly don't "feel" these pluto aspects of mine at least not in the way I feel my sun square moon. So maybe you're just not aware of the vibes you give off.

Hi, I am a person that gets a lot of stares and people often look at me like I have four heads for no reason, I am good looking, but I don't think I am exceptionally good looking, I am in college and I have large lecture classes, and I usually sit in the back, and I always have the same problem, pretty much in any class, people always think I am staring at them, like 2 or 3 people during any given class think I am staring at them, and I'm not!, I think staring is really rude so I avoid it and the only thing I usually look at during a class is my professor or anyone who talks during that class (usually when it's appropriate to).

Others may think you are always scheming something or that you are hiding a big secret. Pluto tends to give those vibes when it touches the Ascendant. Either way, the way you handle yourself may seems very intriguing and mysterious.

I don't agree much with the part in bold. When dealing with squares you shouldn't let one thing overcome the other. Balance is what is needed here.
This is just personal advise. Feel free to ignore this if it doesn't fit you...
You could try changing that part of you but that would be at the cost of having to put on a facade. Acting naturally is always the best, imo. The most you can do is to reassure others that you don't have any ill intention towards them. If they still can't understand, then i would say the blame is on them. Just be yourself

The Grand Trine you have is not visible in the chart you posted because the aspects to the ASC aren't shown. And no, i don't think there are any other aspect patterns in your chart worth noting.

And it's not just your Mars that's involved. It's conjunct Mercury and the Moon so you could say your Grand Trine is something like this:
Moon-Mercury-Mars stellium (planets conjunct each other) trine Pluto trine Asc
Also there's a Sun-Uranus&Neptune-Asc T-square in your chart. But the orbs seems a little too wide so the aspects shouldn't be as stressful as they look.
