Potential soul mates?

The only thing a natal chart can signify is if the person you're dealing with is a soul mate or not. Also, a soul mate is not exclusive to romance. A person can have many soul mates whether it be a friend, a parent, teacher, mentor etc. Soul mates are more about Spirituality than astrology.

My twin loves Scorpio women.
Me, on the other hand, I think I'd drive a Scorpio crazy. I'm really annoying. I need someone who can handle my annoyingness.

I don't know about this one, either. I do well with Taurus, and Cancer seems to be way more in to me than I am them. Capricorn, I've never felt anything more than a sexual attraction.
My best connections have been Libra, Pisces, Taurus, and Scorpio... in that order. If I had a soul mate (which I really doubt) then she would most likely be Libra or Pisces.
