Reincarnation and Your Ascendant

I read an article today about Reincarnation and Ascendants. Basically, it said that your ascendant determines the spiritual life lesson that you need to learn. This page only has the first 6 Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, and Virgo. The other ones are in another issue and I'll look for the link.
I am a Cancer ascendant
Your ascension is best achieved through transcending your mind's emotions. Living on or near water, which produces a womb-like environment, will speed up your ascension. You have reincarnated for special and personal reasons, the most important of which is your need to go places in order to meet others with whom you had vital links in past incarnations. The people you meet in this incarnation are not new relationships, but old ones from past lives. Every relationship will pick up from where it left off in a past life.
Those you deal with in business and marriages are, most likely, former family members. In short, you are here in this incarnation to resolve unfinished business with them. Of course, the business to be resolved is with you and your attitude--your mind states. If a relationship was difficult in the past, then the task for this incarnation is to improve that relationship. To improve relationships, you need to improve your attitude. In short, you are the problem, and only you can solve it.
You tend to live vicariously with the attitude that you know better than everyone and have come to save the world (of people around you). Your lesson is to let go of this ?mother? attitude and learn to appreciate and accept other people for who and what they are, rather than accepting them only through their role in your life, i.e., they are in your life so you can tell them how they should live. If you let go of this attitude, the pain will end, your relationships will improve, bringing peace and happiness into your mind, and you will be able to move on with your spiritual evolution.
Remember, it begins with you correcting your mind-- not by correcting their lives. However, your mind does not really want to change; it wants to save people, which means insisting they do it your way. The key lesson for you is to become aware that almost all of the sensitive issues between you and others have been caused by primordial, psychic wounds from the past.

Aries Ascendant

When I read that I was like whoaa....I've always felt growing up that I didn't belong where I lived. I always knew I needed to move out west, preferably to California. Then not long after living here, I met someone who I felt a deep connection to. I really believed him and I had a past encounter. Then two years ago, I met someone else whom I felt a similar connection to. He is a Leo and I am a Gemini. I read that 3-11 Vibrations are usually one tied to a past relationship. Especially between Leos and Geminis. So for me this part indeed seems dead on.
