Saturn enters Libra.

rejoice Taurus, on 7/21 Saturn will leave our Solar 5th house of Love and Pleasures, making romance a lot smoother,
cuz I know for the past years, it's been some hell for me.

so Saturn leaves Virgo and goes into Libra,
so what does it mean when Saturn is in a person's first solar house, in Libra's case.
are things gonna be harder for them?

and does this placement thing also affect the moon sign?
I have capricorn moon, and that would be in the 10th house lunar speaking?
does saturn do well in the 10th house in aspect with the moon sign?

thanks, lol
I thought it was odd when I found out that Saturn is entering Libra on the 21st. I was reading about it the other night and saw that this is supposed to have many effects on our relationships. Something I was reading in a horoscope/forecast thing said that the time Saturn spends in Libra will mark the end of an old era and the beginning of the new in my romantic relationships. My divorce is final on the 22nd... that certainly ends the old Winking
This is good news indeed.
I'm looking forward to Saturn leaving Virgo, while wondering what the effect will be on my partner who gets her Saturn Return as a result of its move into Libra.
crap, it still hasn't reentered libra? no wonder i've been such a mess. it entered libra already, before the retrograde. technically, we're still going to be affected by the retrograde, until a bit after it reaches the point it was at when it turned retrograde. that's how retrogrades work.
but i'm mostly pretty happy about the saturn in libra. saturn is exalted in libra. and most libras, particularly myself, could use more of a saturn influence in our lives.
i hope it marks the end of an old era and the beginning of a new era in romantic relationships. that would be sweet. my prospects have sucked the last few years. i could use some lovin'.

Saturn is only exalted in the saturn sign,
it doesn't affect Libra suns positively, only ppl with their Saturn sign placement in Libra,
which they get the bonus of planetary return.
and actually, the romance parts only affects pisces, taurus, and aquarius
as saturn leaves Virgo, their respective 7th (relationship), 5th (love), and 8th house (sex)
when saturn is in Libra, Libras would have Saturn in their solar first house, which brings self restriction and a demise in confidence for Libra (who already has low self esteem), also since Saturn rules Capricorn, the worst compatible sign to Libra, (they square by opposite elements.)

therefore, Saturn in Libra means Doom for Libra.
It means change not doom. I am Libra sun, Libra rising, and have Saturn in Libra... Saturn's first peek into Libra late last year through early April coincides with the beginning of some major changes in my life. The Return of Saturn is going to be a time of change for sure, but it will not spell my doom.

It's good to be aware of the changes happening to us with Saturn in Libra. Add to that my Sun, Mercury & Pluto. I've also made very significant life style since late last year, basically the past routines of life have been wiped under the carpet for good. Feelings have lost their consistency, energy levels are fluctuating, I'm horribly tight with money like never before. The list goes on and on.
Minotaur, it's only doom if we let it win us over.
'Depression can be a byproduct of heavy Saturn transits. However, if we focus our energies into meaningful endeavors without pushing too hard for recognition or support from others, we can fight the inclination towards a gloom-and-doom attitude. Saturn reminds us of reality and the need for greater self-discipline. Re-organizing the area of life represented by the house or personal point that Saturn is "hitting" can lead to great rewards. Remember that Saturn transits do not completely flatten us, by all means. Instead, they slow us down, force us to live in the here and now, keep us from taking unnecessary risks, and help us to build and structure our lives in ways that will benefit us later.'

Haha, my Mercury and Pluto are in Libra as well and I am going through what you described and like you said the list could go on and on.
I really like that last paragraph.

I read somewhere it'll equalise around 2012. I still don't understand all this anyway. Must ask the great Minotaur. Tongue

Yup, Saturn leaves Libra in 2012 and things will be in balance for us then just in time for the world to end. Go figure right. Libra is the scale always trying to balance things but it's a constant back and forth. Once we finally get balance, the world implodes... Oh well, at least we will go out happy smile
does this effect me at all? us caps are safe right?

thanks sweetheart,
I wish I know more.
yeah we should all feel kinda odd at every large planet transit. Since it takes so long for them to move.. Tongue
I don't know about ppl with Saturn in Libra, if that's their Saturn placement, then they should be good, since they're getting the bonus of a planetary return.
when saturn changed sign, there should have been a shift in the unconscious mind on that very day,
it's hidden and not clearly noticeable, then after that, it will be a slow gradual effect.
here's a brief imaginary scale for every sign and how they're affected. Tongue
5 = excellent, 4 = good, 3 = fair, 2 = poor, 1 = doom

Aries - poor (Saturn in the house of Relationships)
Taurus - excellent (Saturn leaves the house of Love)
Gemini - doom (Saturn in the house of Love)
Cancer - poor (Saturn in the house of Emotions and Family, opposition in the natural house of the moon)
Leo - fair (Saturn leaves the house of personal belonging, enters the house of communication)
Virgo - good (Saturn leaves the first house)
Libra - doom (Saturn in the first house)
Scorpio - fair (Saturn in the house of mysticism)
Sagittarius - fair (Saturn in the house of society)
Capricorn - good (Saturn home in the house of goals and achievements)
Aquarius - excellent (Saturn leaves the house of soul and sex)
Pisces - semi doom (Saturn leaves the house of relationship, enters the house of the soul)

2 excellent, 2 good, 3 fair, 2 poor, 2 doom, 1 semi doom.
wtf pisces.. >_>

I found this article that might be helpful. For me I think it means it affects my 6th house?
