Self-Expansion through Dating your Opposite

It is said that people with qualities opposite to our own (i.e., in terms of our signs), provide us with the most meaningful glimses into ourselves and personal growth (so long as the relationship is healthy and communication is there). What is your sign and what are the relationships you've been in that have provided you with the most room for personal growth and that you've learned the most from?
Well my opposite is Sagittarius I would have to explore the Jupiter personality types to understand if there are any sorts of vibrational reflectances with my Gemini sun. I have noticed that Sagittarius can be quite a shy sign.
Sagittarius like personality, she is a Sagittarius.

I dated a Virgo once, I've grown a thicker skin and learnt not to get upset at being called a fat pig. I've also learned that you can scam people easily and get away with it - I am still in awe of the things the ex-bf got away with, I am less of a door mat for it, and have learnt to push and stand up for myself more. Don't know what, if anything I taught him.

I don't know GF, he was too busy being a prick to stop and notice love, maybe's he's just not met his match yet.

I'm a Leo and he is an Aquarius, so far things are going great and we are polar opposites. We have a lot of open communication, phenomenal sex, lots of laughs and well we just seem to fit. I am more out going and less of a home body than he is but we both make compremises in those few areas and times when we don't agree. We have yet to have a real fight, and have never raised our voices to eachother. So I guess opposites can work with a lot of love, communication, friendship, respect, passion, trust, and understanding.
Galileia428, Your logic is true!!! VERY TRUE!!!! :-)
I am a HIGHLY implusive, daring, bizarre, loud, impatient, rebel chick, But I ALWAYS attract timid, bashful, normal, obedient, lovey-dovey, sweetie pies....Weird. o_0
"but I might buy her a case of Slim Fast, and a small one-piece bathing suit (a visual goal to shoot for!)..."
thats still rude.
