I feel like it's my own emotional reaction rather than someone elses. And those emotions are not objective.

Happened just last week. I was eating lunch by myself at the mall when I had a mental picture of a friend in my mind.
I turned around and looked up and across the entire food court, my friend was turning around towards me at the exact same time.

I showed up at a music venue that was dark and was crowded with hundreds of people. I suddenly knew my ex was in the room, and knew exactly where he was standing (which was right in the center of the crowd).

For me, it's neither. It's just a knowing. In the example I gave, I seriously doubt my rat of an ex was thinking about me.

I could type a story as an example but I'm too tired. Yes the person is usually thinking about me, or something will happen to them and I'll feel it too, like when something bad has happened to them I'll feel down for no reason, only to find out later that somethings wrong with them.click to expand
Similar with me!! I feel like something is happening and think it about me. Then i find out it happened to someone else. It's like i'm picking up on their thoughts and anxieties.
It seems like everyone can feel this way with a certain person. I have watched crime shows where parents or friends of a victim to murder have said that they felt a terrible feeling wash over them only to get a phone call a little later telling them the person was dead.. weird.

I don't always look into it, because I feel it's my own feelings in the situation. Although I've felt it, I don't trust it or believe it often.
I've had it happen and most frequently with a Scorpio who has Cancer moon. I'm triple Cancer.
I do and this is why I limit the people in my inner circle. I know when they're awake, when they get home or if something bad is happening. It's not just a feeling, there's physical manifestation with me as well like a sudden prickly feeling around my heart. If it's bad, I feel like someone stabs my heart.
It's freaky to the point where on random occasions that my SO isn't supposed to be home yet and I'm sleeping and there's a voice in my head telling me that he's home WHILE I'm dreaming. I wake up out of curiosity to find out if it's true. Lo and behold! My love is actually home!
