Yep, I'm bigoted. I have good friends of all different races, and I have a good gay friend. He would agree with nearly everything I've said in this thread. He also dislikes bisexuals, feeling like they're indecisive and their sexual preference is irresponsible. I'm inclined to agree. Choose one of the other, you can't be both. I have no problem with people who are completely gay or completely straight. At least they can bite the bullet and be with one gender. Bisexuals are just idiots.

As to why it's more prevalent for heterosexuals to feel discomfort or even disgust for homosexuals, well, I think that's probably just a matter of being the minority. It isn't something they've been able to experience for themselves so they are relatively unable to understand such a concept. And I personally fail to see how it matters whether or not a person's sexuality is disclosed upon meeting a new partner. It would be a bit ridiculous for straight people to walk around introducing themselves as such, and they aren't subject to ridicule or prying about their proclivities, so why should anyone else be? Why is it everyone's business what gay people do behind closed doors when heterosexuals aren't pressured the same way to put their own bedroom activities on display for all to see?

That being said, not everyone finds male on male action to be gross. I always thought it was kind of hot. But then again it has come to my attention that some of my tastes are a little warped.

that's because of religious stuff and how people are raised. women especially are taught to repress their sexuality. and to be okay with being treated like an object. men are "empowered" by being sluts. but women are slut shamed for the same activities. the heterosexual world of sexuality is really scary to me. the double standards women put up with and the ways they accept being treated by men. it's not the same in the gay world. though there are some "studs" or "bois" that act like date rape-y frat jocks.

I want to be with straight guys. I have never been with a bi guy before that I can remember or that I know of hell anyone of my exs could have been bi and I was in the unknown about it but may have suspected it anyway it dont matter about that though I have friends that are like that. I am straight myself so not sure what bi is like though have been around people like that. I feel safer being around gay guys and the genders coz i know they wont hit upon me. If they do its only joke. With the other lot, gay girls and bi's, I have keep getting hit upon and dont like that at all. It seems like they dont know when to stop hitting upon me so feel awkward around them unless I can palm them off to someone else for them to be happy. So its like that with them I have found this to be true. I mean I say no I dont like gay girls or bi's hitting on me and try to get them to like someone else but they just dont get it. Its like for them a green light go ahead which I have to be careful of and make sure I get myself out of there as quick as possible before trouble starts or sets in. Usually they are the trouble makers not happy within themselves at all and blame everyone else for their perceived and distorted views on all topics. Even if you dont know them at all they will pick you and dump on you all their shit and dirt and expect you to 'deal' with it while they go about their own business which is to spy on you and blame you for them being bi/gay. Get over youself asshole cap man!! There are plenty more guys out there that are nicer than you. Actually you are precisely why and the reason why I am uncomfortable around bi guys and gay girls, you give them a bad reputation and hence youself a bad rep. If you jsut stop with the attitude and having to 'prove' yourself all people who dont care either way you'd understand what it is I am talking about. Too petty for my liking.

I love gay guys they are awesome like they have this ability to have lots of fun and really are beautiful people. So I figure if you a female for a fun time you go out with a gay guy and its just fun like having a besty on your arm, you know you wont get harrassed by them coz there looking at all the other guys too and its like you get to compete and bitch about guys in general and be fun people going out for the night and good luck to the winner who goes home with someone at the end of the night. Its a fun night out. Its a nice way of going out for the night. Wont get that with any other gender.
