Sun moon rising

Does anyone feel certain signs are more activated/resonates stronger in certain places. For example:
Aquarius resonates strongly in the moon and north node
Gemini resonates strongly in the sun/moon and planets in third
Libra resonates strongly in sun (despite detriment)
Scorpio resonates strongly in the moon/rising and planets in 8th
Etc
I'm curious what the community experiences?
