Triple Cancer - Need help understanding chart!!!!!

Hello,
I've come to this site hoping that someone can help shed some light on my bizarre birth chart.
In terms of CAREER, should I pursue becoming a corporate executive (banking) or should I write a creative novel?
Also, my chart is clearly loaded with 'karma.' And to back this idea up, my numerology karmic number is 19 (abusive power in a past life). Finally, my birth path number is 1 (leader), and I am a Triple Cancer with Mars conjunct Midheaven. What kind of a leader am I? What the hell am I meant to do? Also, my T-Square Apex Mars conj. MC = scary.
