Varying Rising...WTF!

So awhile ago, I pulled up my hubby's birth chart and got this via cafe-astrology:
Leo Sun
Virgo Asc.
Virgo Moon
Leo Mercury
Leo Venus
Virgo Mars
Taurus Jupiter
Leo Saturn
Scorpio Uranus
Sag Neptune
Libra Pluto
Now recently, he looked it up again on his own on another site and his asc. changed from Virgo to Leo. Everything else is the same otherwise.
Has this every happened to anyone else? Which sites are better for getting accurate information?

I've seen it happen if the site doesn't account for daylight savings time (or the country doesn't and the site does). astro.com is the most reputable place.
