Venus in Aries! Thoughts/opinions?

Hey y'all. Taurus here w/ Scorpio moon, Cancer rising, and venus in Aries. It's such a conflicting chart because while I love w/ the intensity that my Scorpio moon gives, my venus in Aries makes it come off so aggressive and I scare people off LOL. I lose interest pretty fast as well, and seem to be hard to impress and VERY forward when I like someone, in such contrast to what my sun sign is. Any others out there that can relate, or people who have been w/ someone w/ a venus in Aries? And what other venus signs/combos does anyone think would not brush mine the wrong way?

I have Venus Aries and Scorpio moon, but I'm an Aries sun. However, I am a Taurus-dominant Aries (a lot of second house placements) so I'm a little less feisty than the typical Aries.


I think being forward about your emotions and attractions, and then losing interest really fast, is actually a good thing for you. It protects you from any potential attempts at mind games etc. Venus Aries is hard to lead on because we lose interest so fast.

I have Cancer rising, Aries Venus and Scorpio moon too. But Venus and moon are in opposition.


I'm not direct at all. Infact I'm like a dead fish when it comes to crushes. Even when they talk to me or chase me I don't respond...infact I run away but that's because I'm not interested although I'm crushing inside. :/ Nobody will even have an idea I like someone...so much that, in college my friends would ask me if i have "no such feelings" xD

it's difficult to have a Venus in Aries with any other placements I think - I'm grounded for the most part but my Mars in Pisces seems to completely fudge things - I'm a "dreamy gladiator" for crying out loud. Yeah it's scary, I'm learning to keep my thoughts in my head and not have them all come out my mouth ...

Jesse james sandra bullocks husband famous for cheating with many women has a venus in aries. A secretary of my ex also had a venus in aries. She cheated on her bf well dated both at the same time and ended up pregnant by the 1 she cheated with. My relative also has a venus in aries taurus sun and he has cheated for the past 40 yrs.

My mars is in Taurus, so it really pisses off my venus because I want to be fast yet slow to commit at the same time (however that may work, idk)

Forgot to mention my mars is also in opposition to my moon, so that doesn't really soften me up unfortunately ?

Not really a cheater. If I know what I have w/ someone is serious, I'm not going to go ahead and mess it all up because I decided to think w/ my pussy as opposed to my head. Plus I probably dedicated too much time to chasing them to just let go of them so quickly; I put my hours in, boss.

If I felt as if I was compelled to cheat, I'd just end the relationship. Cheating is too much work anyways.

Do you find with Venus in Aries that you suffer from shiny new object syndrome? What I mean is when someone new and exciting comes along, like a new friend, acquaintence, or love interest, do you kind of become infatuated with the new person and lose interest in the old people in your life?

I like new people when I like them. But I take my time with new ones... I may entertain them, but it's just because they're new and to make them comfortable. But, I'm definitely more clingy/comfortable with old ones.

Same here. I'll entertain them to no end, but will always prefer the company of people I'm already comfortable with, unless I feel an immediate bond w/ said person that is very undeniable.. then the shiny new object syndrome begins!

With love interests it may be a different story, but friends and acquintances are always a tad bit slower in pace for me to become fascinated by. Considering how easily bored I get of people, I always treat new love interests w/ that syndrome because I barely ever have a love interest! It's hard for me to find someone I'll genuinely like.

Have you ever met a Venus in Taurus or Gemini and what did you like about them both the bad and good?

An ex BF of mine had Venus in Aries. He came on very strong and my Aries moon loved that. But he seemed to lose interest too fast. We broke up. He never did get married which is probably best. I've heard Venus in Aries people have trouble committing to a lasting relationship. I guess a lot of other ladies in his life disliked being pursued then discarded so quickly.

Never really dated/talked to someone w/ a venus in Gemini or Taurus. Last person I talked to had theirs in Virgo, and that did not go over too well

I'd like to think my other water signs would calm this down and make me more prone to commit, but my dominant sign is also Aquarius... *sigh

Guess that's why I never believed in marriage or a traditional family either!

My experience with Venus in Aries guy ... became infatuated fast.. almost addicted ( his words) slowly lost the intensity and finally we stayed friends.. that's when I truly saw how many women would walk in / out of his life... big time flirt & loves the chase.. never had a long term relationship.. in my mind he'll be an eternal bachelor..

I think my ex will always be a bachelor too. He doesn't seem to want the kind of stable relationship that others do which is surprising because his sun sign is Taurus, like mine. Venus positions DO matter.

well the taurus sun venus in aries i know is a great provider but not a very affectionate or involved dad in kids life. His venus in cancer wife tolerated a lot however being a water sign all his infidelities from the past is brought out in her resentment. A stable earth sun sign doesn't matter when it's a venus in a fire sign!


I have my venus in scorpio supposedly the most faithful sign of all unless we are scorned by the person we loved or our sun sign is in capricorn (tiger woods anyone?). I'm dating a venus in sag and he cheated on me for a whole year! And I react the same way as venus in cancer in feeling resentful and making the venus in sag feel like the dirt he is. However the venus in sag says he LOVES me despite cheating for a year with random hussies on tinder and okcupid. How a venus in fire sign can still proclaim they love someone while cheating on them makes a venus in water sign's mind go into overdrive. I cannot make sense out of that. Venus in scorpio loves ONCE and will give their soul ONCE. If there is betrayal it's impossible to fall back in love but a venus in water sign may stay with the person. I don't even know why the hell I am still talking to the guy besides enjoying making him feel like dirt!

Lol a lot of these folks are making the lot look bad ? I understand why though.

I also have venus sextile uranus and venus trine pluto, so that also very much intensifies my feelings but I need a significant amount of space for a relationship to work. I get really agitated and leave if I'm not provided such.

My Taurus sun does slow me down a bit, which I'm grateful for, or I'd be an absolute mess trying to date everyone. But, I still find myself flirting w/ anything that has a pulse when I'm bored.

Funny enough I don't really have much of an issue when it comes down to being faithful. Unless you give me a reason to cheat or not take the relationship seriously, I won't.
