What does it mean to have a Cancer Chiron in the 2nd house?

Cancer Chiron (I have this placement too except in the 8th)

Chiron in Cancer may feel like an outsider. They may feel unwanted, un-nurtured and unloved. On the good side, they are very nurturing themselves. It is difficult for them to let others care for them. They may give to everyone except themselves. They may end up taking in every stray that crosses their path. They need to learn to give to themselves and cherish their own needs. This helps balance them and make them whole. Opening themselves up to accept love and care from others is a big step towards healing that inner hurt. If they can learn to indulge themselves once in awhile, they will begin to realize what they have been missing all along.

but what is the good side of this placement? as everything in Astrology every placement has its pros and cons.

Thanks for the answer

2nd house issues would be like self-worth, salary, money. Hopefully your chiron doesnt affect all aspects of it, negatively. The bad side most probably could be in low self-esteem that you struggle to boost, the good side would be that you are amazing at helping others boost their own self-esteem, self-worth and possibly salary.

This is 100% accurate, I've Always had trouble with my self-esteem and self Worth but Always was the one to motivate people and make them trust themselves.

The 2nd house rules our skills, gifts, assets...What asset would this placement bring?

Thanks

The good side is you eventually learn how to have good self esteem, but you always have to work at it.

I'm your pain. I'm your pain in the ass.

Yes we do. We need pain in order for us to grow. The good thing about this chiron, I work for whatever I want or need. It made me become so independent. I think. Tongue

I am a masochist. LOL

I really am. I don't make the same mistake just one or twice, made prolly 5 or 6 times to be sure. Haha

I can only grow and learn through pain. It's crazy.

Are you sure lol

I'm not enjoying any pains that coming.

In the past, i took painkillers (usually drugs) to overcome my pains.

Ima Taurus Chiron too. They say Taurus took longer to heal than others. Maybe that's why I needed the help lol

lol I took drugs too and then I switch to xanax but somehow I feel like I just need to feel the pain or else I will get nowhere.

Yes, it took me super damn long to heal. I guess it has something to do with my childhood days where I have to struggle dealing with my emotions and needs all by myself. I nurture me. 🙊🙊

Lol xanax is my all time fav. There were days where I won't go to campus without it. Glad you've overcome yours. Brave girl 👏👏
