What's the best sign and house for mars and venus?

My Aries Mars in the 5th seems legit but Scorp Venus in the 12th Idk man...😋

I would say 8th house

I've ways wondered an 12th house placements... I have none so am the hype is beyond my understanding.

Likewise, Mars is domicile in Aries and exalted in Capricorn. I think Mars would be best able to express itself in the 1st house, but that doesn't necessarily make it the best placement. Sometimes Mars needs to STFU. I don't know where Mars should go.

I also think there's something to be said for Venus in Taurus (I have it and like it) and Mars in Scorpio (known to be a bit skeery but very good at stuffs.)

I have it there and I am very happy with it but I am just curious to see your opinion on it.

Mostly because I'm pretty sure the first book I read to learn about astrology said so. :p Also because the 7th house corresponds to Libra, and Venus is domicile in Libra. The 7th house themes are marriage and dealing with others (lovers and enemies), so it seems like a good place to have the planet of love and values. I think it helps people love and manage enemies (if they have any) in a natural and easy way.

Gemini Venus 10th house.

Gemini Mars 11th house.

My midheaven is in Taurus like most Leo Risings. My Venus being in the 10th is not a conjunction, but it it might trine it (¿¿¿)

I never knew a house could aspect the cusps.
