Well you should speak exactly from your heart. Whatever is there, you tell him exactly that. As a Cancer myself, i like woman to be direct & sincere with their feelings. Tell me exactly what you love about me or my qualities. So @Leove, compliment him on his good qualities you enjoy/love, then tell him how cute he is. Offer him his favorite food or snack when you talk to him in person. Show your love as well. I'm sure he'll melt
