The solution to your intercepted blockage.
Same sign on 1st and 2nd house cusps: gives us the power of personality: make your personality an asset, use your personal power to produce value.
Same sign on 2nd and 3rd house cusps: gives us the power of productivity: acquire new skills, new information, new associations and communicate your values.

I have this one as well. 1st/2nd & 7th/8th. It's messed up because my Sun is in an intercepted house. "Personal power" under a lock.

I still don't know what intercepted signs means even though people keep mentioning them.
Signs without a home. The easiest way of finding it out is to pull up a cafeastrology chart, than look at the left side where it says "Placidus orb". Whichever sign is missing is intercepted, along with his opposite.

I meant *right side smh
I've got 5&6 in Pisces and 11&12 in Virgo. I quit my job to start mentoring. I've built my own set, decorated it, created modules for groups of children and adults all for mass communication

People can make it look more complicated than it actually is. For example, my houses go - Cancer, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Sagg, Cap, Cap, etc.
Because I have the Cancer/Capricorn axis duplicated, the order is broken. It should've went - Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, SCORPIO, Sagg... Scorpio should've been on the cusp of my 5th house, but Libra took his place, just as Aries is where Taurus should be. When looking at planets though, Taurus is still in the 11th and Scorpio is in the 5th. Hence me having Sun, Venus and Pluto in intercepted houses.
In any case some online article will explain it way better and more accurate than I can, but you get the picture.
