Your opinion on my Saturn return

Saturn returns are supposed to hit hard when your Saturn is afflicted. Mine is indeed afflicted. It's square Mars, which is supposed to create a blockage of some sort. My Mars in the 10th is accurate, as my goal is to compete in powerlifting one day. Saturn squares is from the 6th (health problems and limitations). Since Saturn entered Sagittarius/my sixth house, my shoulders have become a major issue. I have chronic tendonitis in both of them now and it hasn't even gone away in nearly a year. I'm going to give it a couple of more years without any lifting--I know it sounds ridiculous, but that's how seriously I hurt my shoulders somehow by overusing them--and I'm curious for your opinions.


Does the Saturn return generally introduce a temporary obstacle related to Saturn, or could I be permanently blocked (afflicted 6th Saturn) from weight lifting (10th Mars), which is my main passion and goal in life? I am very worried at this point. Tendons have poor blood flow and don't regenerate. They can take a couple of years to 'recover' and might still be bad down the road. But I am just hoping to get back to the gym one day.


Please let me know what you think... If I can't lift heavy weights again one day, I'll seriously need to end my life. I have had so many health problems during this lifetime that have taken me out of the gym and I'm not sure if Saturn is finally telling me that I'm f***ed and it's all over for good. I may be experiencing the most brutal Saturn return of any person.


*I will attach a photo of my chart. Notice the rough T-Square with Saturn (6th) opposite Mercury (12th) and square Mars (10th).
You can do it! I am terrified mine will be hitting at the end of this year. My natal Saturn squares my Mars as well so it will be interesting to see what happens when the transit actually hits. Have you tried focusing on other things that will get you ahead in powerlifting ? Maybe try a gentler form of strength training like yoga to put your body in balance. Would be a lot easier on your shoulders
Yes it's a temporary problem, Saturn 6th will bring out the MAJOR health issue in your life, this is as bad as it gets, and from here on, you'll be stronger.


Jupiter Taurus is great for mass..and it's sextile your MC and Mars! You're definitely meant to be an athlete. A Square to Saturn means hard work as well, hard aspects between the 2 planets are the mark of tough guys.?? Mars and Pluto, is more psychopath.


Saturn's also conjuncting your Uranus, so that means sudden problems, you feel like people see your uniqueness, what makes you different, that can feel weird.


Something will happen in about a year, when Saturn hits your Neptune, sextile your natal Pluto, you might make your dreams come true.


Asc and moon trine the north node are great for realising your life purpose.

Yes, I should stretch more and meditate. Great advice. I'm also not giving up on the nutrition aspect. I still eat like a clean beast (100% organic and non-gmo with zero trans fats, high fructose corn syrup, artificial junk, bad vegetable oils, etc.). This is a test of patience and also a realization that I pushed myself too far before, but if I can get back to the gym one day, I will be ready to unleash.
