Are Cancer girls flirts?

What does it mean if cancer girls flirts with? I heard they are shy

Not all cancer girls are shy. I used to work with some of the most outgoing II decan cancers you'd ever meet. I'm a gemini and they were much more full of life and talkative than me. One of the girls was constantly flirting (or maybe just being really nice?). She had a really welcoming personality and a lot of people took her behavior as flirting, when I think she may have just been trying to be really sweet to everyone.

Not all cancers are shy. Seriously.

It may depend on her level of comfort she gets from you, but I can say from personal experience they are not shy at all once you're in ofcourse.

My cancer friend is far from shy....she is very out going and bubbly. She is a riot...love her to death
