Girl, I know it's easier said than done but if I was you, I'd leave. It's not like he's suddenly going to become faithful. If you want an open relationship, staying with him is fine but if not, it seems like this will turn into a nightmare.

When someone has already started lying in the honeymoon phase, it's only gonna get worse. No one deserves to be paranoid but you're bound to, after the whole tinder thing. Way better off starting afresh with someone who's more respectful.
