It's definitely a good sign. Speaking for myself, I'm not an open person to just tell my business or even goals/passions/dreams to just anybody.

I am also a Cancer 😄

So how would I make the first move??

I agree with the others that more details are needed.

I have a Leo Sun, but my Cancer Moon reflects that Cancers very often need to be needed. We can surround ourselves with people we support. Sometimes that leaves a Cancer without someone they feel they can lean on when they need it. So, she may have spoken to you (almost) out of necessity, or conversely, because she trusts you and wants to build on that.

Without more info it's hard to say if she sees you as more than a confidant 😉
