I swear it has never worked for me. Actually, a lot of people that I've been close with were cancers but it gets ugly. They're really generous people, super kind and understanding but then that all gets thrown away. It's replaced by grudges, deceit and just pure evil behavior. They truly retreat to their shells and are unwilling reconcile first no matter who was at fault.
I'm not sure why it never seems to workout with cancers but I really wish I didn't have that stigma! I'm so weary of them. I grown to really care about them but I get stupidly taken advantage of.
At first, they're understanding and someone that I can really depend on for support. We get along great. The sight of any differences ends up being disastrous. For example, my ex-best friend was a typical cancer male and he cared for me a lot in the beginning. When I stopped paying for dinners, trips, activities, etc. he began to withdrawal. I tried to talk through it but he had no interest in trying to fix the friendship.

My very best friend is a Libra and I think he is one of the funniest and most colorful personalities I have ever met. He understands my quirky humor and we travel everywhere together. He is patient with me when I start to get into one of my moods, and understands I just need space. I can have long intellectual conversations with him, and short and sweet conversations. But then again I have my moon in Aqua and rising in Gem and his rising is in Sag and moon in Scorpio so we just really understand each other. And whatever we don’t really understand, we try our hardest to. At times I can be a bit too distant/emotional for his taste and he can be a bit too social/intense for me, but we also take week breaks from each other because we both require a certain amount of space from everyone, lol. My cousin who is also my other best friend is a Libra as well. I usually get along with most Libras I meet, never tried to date one though. I mostly date Aquas and Gems.

But their both pretty romantic creatures. So that will kind of align. Itd help if the Libra had a water moon, and the cancer have an air or fire moon.

Posted by leoloveeThe possibility of lasting depends on other aspects more, if the moons are harmonius, mars/venus etc
I guess I'll ask something else, in my opinion, I think a cancer (f) and libra (m) are very different than a libra (f) and cancer (m) couple... what do you guys think? do you think the possibility of it lasting would also change based on that? when i think of this mix I think of like the Notebook stereotypical couple super cheesy romantic and well so far it has been hahaPosted by leoloveeclick to expand
I LOVE my air/fire sigs. The only ex I think about all the time is an Aqua sun/Aries moon and we still talk weekly. They have so much creativity and passion. Me being all water/air/and some earth, I have no fire except my Jupiter so I kinda lack all that passion which I realize is a huge turn on for me, a person who has any type of creative passions. I find water sign men hilarious, but I can never actually date them. They require too many emotions and physical attention, and earth signs I find somewhat dull unless they have other planets in air/fire. My most recent ex had placements kind of like that and I will warn that he was somewhat manipulating. He has his rising in Aquarius sun in Virgo, moon in Leo, mars in Scorpio, and Venus in Libra and he would randomly leave for a month, and come back like nothing ever happened. And he was very his way or the highway. If I wanted something he didn't like, he would argue me for days until I finally let it go. And he was also very hypocritical about flirting. (My gem rising makes me very flirty, but so does his Venus in Libra) lol. But the two years we were together I learned more about myself than with anyone else so I say go for it.Posted by leolovee
I'm a lot like you, Im a cancer sun leo moon libra rising with a gem mars/virgo venus.. I LOVE geminis and sags, I date them the most (never works out usually that well in the end) but ya our placements make it easier to relate to them, I find water sign men too emotional for me. however this libra guy I'm talking about is a sag moon, virgo rising, libra venus, scorpio mars and he's very sensitive to my needs but also knows i need intellect and wit and sarcasm so he's very good at both. Im curious to see how this will be based off my past with air/fire signs.Posted by canceraqua

Posted by dolluxeCouldn't have been too bad of a match if you let him cum inside of you.
My son's father is a Cancer. So emotional and dramatic. I hate small talks and he talked a LOT. Clingy as well. Very annoying. We just weren't a match.
