Cancer Man and Love

I've been with my cancer boyfriend for about 4 months, officially as a couple for 3 months and everything is amazing. I've never been this crazy about anyone in my life and he's never felt this way for a girl in his life either. I've met his mum, definitely a true gentlemen, he ALWAYS goes the extra mile for me and my family and is always, always, always so affectionate which just makes my heart melt.
Now I'm just wondering, is it best for a cancer man to say "I love you" first, in his own time? Or should I just go for it? I'm torn between saying it instead of feeling like i'm going to explode, say it without thinking and maybe scare him off.. or should I hold back a bit, wait for him to be comfortable and say it himself?

4 months is a little early... but that's just me.
I normally like the man to say it first because I found it very hard to say those words..but if that's how you feel then just go for it... what's the worse that could happen?

Well, never in my life have i had someone so awesome. at first i thought you guys were total snooze fests but, my cappy man is awesome. he stuck by me and did not leave until he won me over lol. i love that. I love a man who will not take no for an answer

Read mine and my wife's last night...it's sooo spot on. She actually has a "decorations room" that she locks, it's got all her pretty stuff....decorations, novelties, carpets, candles, incense, cussions...and she just spends time in there to look at them.
