cancer man ...why so slowwwww? ?

Great guy.. know him for good 9 months..taking things soooo slow...I like him and he likes me too. But he doesnot text or call much.. but when we meet he makes me happy and comfortable.. I am libra. For me it's like sooo slow..omg...just say something or do something..?

If you have his number, then it looks like someone already made a move at some point. I don't know what else you want the man to do.
