After you have been heart in the past how can someone gain your trust and would you prefer to start out with a really strong friendship? Do you give lots of mixed msgs when you like someone but are scared? How do you act when you have deep feelings for someone but can't be with them?

Not sure if my input is going to be helpful to you or not, but just going to write about it anyway. Maybe it will be helpful to you.
Anyway, I'm Cancer sun / Cancer Venus (Sag Moon + Scorp Mars)
she is Gemini sun / Gemini Venus (Libra Moon + Aries Mars).
As a Venus in cancer, it didn't take me long to figure out that I like her and she's lovely and all of that stuff, but we're just not going in the same direction in our lives and I decided to not invest any more emotions in that relationship.
For a Venus in Gemini, it took her a while to figure out that i'm so awesome; and after we had a talk about our future, or lack of it, she still decides to invest emotionally. And I don't mean that Mars in Aries pursue everything they cant have sort of pursuit. She's emotionally invested and keeps investing, deeply and tragically.
I keep controlling the situation. I don't really want to hurt her; its just unnecessary, by telling her my perspective in a sobering yet respectful way. That usually corrects things for a day or two; or a week or so, and then I screw it all up by being too nice/cute/adorable, and we're back to square one to do it all over again.
Long story short, You can correct your situation, gain back their trust, build a foundation for a strong friendship, and it will just take an unconscious action from you, a touch, a smirk or god knows what, to screw it up.
I think it's one of the few situations that if you care about yourself, then keep experimenting till you get there, but if you care about them, just then let them go and be. It's a touch unfair to them.
Thank you Cheeseburger that was quite helpful😊 Just to clarify I'm talking about my friend who is Gem with Cancer Venus and he used to like me but as he put "things did not happen" strangely though over the years we have grown closer and have a great connection. I wonder if he still has those feelings for me maybe buried deep down? He always responds within mns of my texts and we often text all day and sometimes late into the night about everything. He has been more open with me then even my ex of 4 years, plus he always asks if I'm seeing anyone and we always meet up just us for Lunch, drinks whatever. What do you think, does he still have feelings for me possibly even love? I feel I do love him as I have never cared for any man like this before ðŸ˜

Well I'm not sure which one you are inquiring about but it's my friend who has this placement and I'm just trying to figure out his feelings for me since I get a lot of mixed msgs and cryptic msgs from him. As a Cancer I go with my gut and there is the challenge, do I listen to my instincts or him insisting I am just a friend...what would I look out for to truly know?

Well people win the lotto too but that doesn't get me excited about the odds. This pair is basically bad, since Gemini is the 12th sign to Cancer, signs next to eaachother bring attraction but they are a bad combination always.

1 - Excessive hugs.
2 - let him catch you staring at him.
3 - Do something wrong together.
4 - Invite him to your bedroom for a chat, and just chat (be non sexual non romantic intimate with him)
5 - Do something you shouldn't with him and blame it on being drunk / high.

And #6 he won't add me on FB 😕 But I did hang out with his friends and his best friend was teasing him cuz he gave me. Big bear hug from behind lol. Don't try to score the exceptions. That's what people try to do, fail and feel worse off. The reality is that you have to go for those things that have the best odds of success, so broaden your scope and look at all the other guys around in your circle.

Go for those men with prominent Jupiter, Mars or sun placement. Also it would be good for you to have partner to have bit more water or earth than you do, that should set you up nicely.

I kinda agree with you, which is why my ltr have always been co-workers or through friends hanging out. I know the bar or club will prob not be the best place haha.

Airy people generally tend to have two issues, they're not great with money and they jump from one project to another without completing what they started. Which of these problems do you have?

Moon, South Node - Capricorn - House 5
Mars, Mercury - Gemini - House 10
Sun, Venus, North Node - Cancer - House 11
All planets in just 4 houses.
Ohh hmm looks like you got some earth, and in need of some fire...haha.
I have 0 fire - I see that as a major issue. You really need the spontaneity of fire in your chart to push through with certain things. I definitely would look for fire from someone to ignite my chart!

Ah good questions...I would say completing projects between the two, but I am not very airy(only Gem Mars). I don't run from commitment. Strong emotions I will run like a rabid beast is chasing me if it's too soon and the connection hasn't developed yet.

I don't resent anyone pushing me towards my welfare. Usually, I spend too much time analyzing instead of jumping in. I actually like to be with people who give me confidence to let go and take the plunge.

It's like this, a month has 30 days and there are 12 houses of the zodiac, the moon takes 30 days to get through all 12 houses. So, the moon spends 2.5 days in each house. Initially, we were talking about how some planets tend to be close to the sunsign. The moon through its 30 days journey around the zodiac will spend about 7 days close to the sun, the 2.5 days in the prev sign, 2.5 days in the sunsign and 2.5 days in the sign after. So, you will have a fairly decent chance of the moon being close to the sunsign as well.
When the moon gets closest to the sun in a month, we don't see the moon in the sky or its but a sliver - New moon. When the moon us farthest from the sun or the opposite house, it's the full moon.
