Honestly....Do people really find it hard to get along with us Cancer's? Are we really that difficult?

Yes Branh,,,,We can be overly sensitive. And it is something that is hard to overcome. I think we tend to have the "woe as me" syndrom...I never think I'm appreciated enough or loved enough.....

i think that it would be easy to feel that someone is plotting against you, but i also think that it is all in your mind. i have a cancer moon, so i know how it feels like to be really sympathetic - i even feel sorry for ppl who don't deserve any sympathy. my best friend in HS is a cancer and we would have lots of fun together, but she would sometimes get some mood swings. at first, i was kinda irritated becuz she would get introverted without any open reason as to why, but as i started to get more empathetic, i tried to make her feel more comfortable when she would seem a little distant. i liked playing with her siblings, too - they're so cute, but also so damn tall (her 12-year-old sister is 5'7")! i thought she was white at first, but she turned out to be mexican (i noticed her accent); i seem to always be around ppl who are mexican but look white (well.. just her and my bf.. lol). hmm.. i wonder why that is. it was never like i pre-planned who i was gonna be close to, but i guess it may be becuz i took 4 years of spanish in HS and really enjoyed practicing it around native speakers. yep, it's fun being trilingual.. haha.

i don't really talk to her much anymore, though, becuz she became a druggie and she didn't listen to me when i was trying to help her. however, we still have a mutual understanding, and i will always be willing to be there for her if she ever needed any support. ok.. i kinda strayed from the topic, ooopsies.. lol. but anywhoo.. i don't think that any plot would be particularly made against you; i think that you guys (romantic cancers) are just so sensitive to your surroundings that you read too much into every situation. you guys expect everyone to be super nice becuz you yourself are sweet, so if everything is not perfect, you tend to feel a little let-down (i'm like that sometimes, too). however, life doesn't work in perfect circles, which is why the more sensitive cancers tend to withdrawl when situations become especially unsatisfying. just work on seeing the big picture and try to understand that ppl don't always see things the way that you do - so misunderstanding will always have a likeliness to occur. but don't get me wrong, cancers aren't senstive 24/7, you guys just hold grudges if you feel like you're being attacked. i find cancers to be playful, just a little soft sometimes, but hey.. at least you guys can really feel with true genuineness - and that's truly the brightest silver lining behind the fading cloud.
