Cancers and the passive-agressiveness..

Hey, it has been a topic discussed before I'm sure but I would like to know from you guys who have dealt with passive aggressiveness from someone else or admit they are this way if you ever get past this stage ever or this is in your nature?

I have read and heard about Mars in Cancer and Moon and Cancer also showing these traits, but is anything else that would indicate such behaviour?
