Confused about Cancer boy

I like this cancer boy alot...and he said that he likes me too. However he's a really busy person, which I respect him for that. The problem is I try to contact him, like text him and call him, to see if we can get together, but he rarely texts or calls me back. It's really annoying. Is this a normal cancer trait or does he just not like me?

I dunno if its a normal cancerian trait but im exactly. Im a real busy person too and im terrible at returning everything lol and im talking about calls and texts.

ok, take his sign outta the equation and look at him as a person. if any person really likes u and wants to be around u, they will find a way to keep in contact with u. i don't care how busy a person is. even rock stars still keep in touch with their loved ones while on tour and that is one crazy busy kinda life. they barely get sleep! so don't get annoyed anymore and stop texting/calling him. he'll come around if he's really feeling u. if not then move on. u deserve someone who wants to stick around.

ninjamu, I understand what you mean and I've already done that. So, I'm blaming his sign for his actions. The thing is though, sometimes he'll call me out of no where and act like nothing happend. And whenever we're together he wraps his arms around me or holds my hand, things like that. This is why I'm so confused.
