This is how I feel today - couldn't express it better than Brent.

CaringCancer - I absolutely LOVE Alter Bridge. Great song ... have you heard what Miles Kennedy has done w/ Slash?

I haven't heard everything he's done, but I've heard a lot - What a great team they are - But what got me INTO Alter Bridge in the first place was hearing Myles on Slash's album singing Starlight. God, fell in love with that voice. Still listening to Tremonti's new work too!

STARLIGHT is my favorite song on that album. Period. I must have listened to it 10 million times.

Mine too! But I have to admit that Paradise City with Fergie and Cypress Hill is also a fav. Starlight by far though. Had me searching the net going, :: WHO IS BEHIND THAT VOICE!:: Then to find out what I've been missing ALL THIS TIME. LOL. Today fits that song perfectly. My head is spinning from my Scorp guy that's pissing me off. I am feeling overloaded with thoughts and emotions so that Breathe Again works well today. And every day.

Seems we're all in a fucked up position today. Yay for life!

Starlight is epic - when the solo comes in over his words "As long as LOVE never fades". It's overwhelming.

I wonder if Myles is a Cancer? He sings with such conviction and emotion. Yeah, today sucks. And there are days I have a hard time thinking tomorrow will be better. Most of the time not. But today, yep. LOL

I'm having an emotional day too. Course - the last fucking year of my life has been emotional - so why would today be any different? I've played the Shinedown song like 5 times on repeat.

I like Shinedown alot too. Anything that helps put these emotions into words that I can't always express. I hear ya on the emotional length too. This past year has been a roller coaster for me. As a Cancer, are you an open book? I mean, are you easy to talk to, can express yourself pretty quickly? I can, and the problem with that is that I don't understand people that clam up. When I want to talk, I want to talk and I will talk until I feel I am understood. The other person right now is clammed up and hiding, but will talk when he's ready. In the meantime I am pissy. NO FAIR! LOL.
