is it usual for cancers to expect something from the person they want pout and give silent treatment when they're not getting what they want?

well i do have a scorpio rising and my venus is in scorpio so im quite a scorpio. and i heard, i think somewhere on these boards ;P, that cancers and scorpios have this unspoken connection.. i feel it sometimes but she's so cold but i feel when she wants me to talk to her and i feel her warmth and love.

how do cancers react to chickeny kind of people? you know people who act silly all the time? i guess you guys take it as a rejection if you're not taken full on seriously?
