That's all
Nothing special.

I fancy this guy more.

Are you correlating the Dark Knight to crabs?

Fuck no, I just posted that because batman came to mind. I am conceited enough to equate the Dark Knight to myself rather than the whole crab kingdom.
The best character in that movie was the Cat....without any doubt. Second best was Marion Cotillard as Ras al Ghul's daughter.
^^The underwear is awesome...

I dug Marion.
I know you're not referring to that lame ass Hathaway's
portrayal of Catwoman. UHH!

Anne Hathaway is the bomb...

You have lots of scorpio, ligeia, is that what you are referring too?? I didn't know about that, but I know about your cancer moon.
Lol, coincidentially, I went to see that at the cinema as date no.1 with a particular mr.cancer who I am no longer as acquainted with.

A question, have you changed your DXP name from something else? Who were you before?

"Because he's not the Cancer the forum deserves, but the Cancer the forum needs right now. A silent guardian. A watchful protector. A Dark Crab"
"Then make the jump, love the woman as the child did... without the rope - then fear of rejection will find you again"

Actually the whole thing about climbing out of the well without the rope like the child did, really stuck to me. I was very inspire by that dialogue, I did some serious introspection into my own attitude towards life after that...

Same here. Before the film it had been several months that I was wondering if the pride I was taking in fearlessness in my own life was holding me back in some way. Like PTSD (this has already been explored in the Jeff Bridges film Fearless) and then that scene just put the words to it all for me.
It was my favourite scene in the Dark Knight Rises and perhaps my favourite of the whole trilogy. The third film was the best to me.

The second was easily the best....heath ledger fucking owned it. I still remember how he explained the counterpart of good/evil to Batman....he was incredibly good. The second part of the trilogy was the stunner. This one was good but the climbing out of the well was a phenomenal scene. I like the idea that sometimes you have to give up the safety net to truly rise.

Well I have to admit I'm curious, did you make that up yourself? Or is it used in one of the other languages you speak?
Now I'm just imagining someone picking my avatar up with my 'handle' and walking me off the screen. smile

Nah...just internet slang...been used for ages

When I first saw Rises, I thought the second one was the best myself. But the more I watched Rises, the most it had the capacity to give back on second viewings, things I missed the first time around.
In that sense I now enjoy it more because Bane was able to challenge Bruce Wayne the man to find something within himself, whereas Joker never really got beyond the mask (as much as he made for a good arch-rival for Batman in every way).
They are all three totally different films though. The first is coming of age, the second chaos and non-stop action, and the third about pain, punishment and justice after the chaos. I think... as far as superhero films go... it's a surprisingly good and diverse trilogy with something for everyone.

You like it because Bane beat and broke Batman. He put fear into Batman.....something not common...
The Joker broke Bruce Wayne psychologically...
