Hopefully, today one can reflect on the things we should be grateful for - good health, family and friends, the simple acts of kindness that help us get through the rough patches of this crazy thing called life.

Just wishing everyone, including those DXP people who don't celebrate this day, a Happy Thanksgiving.
Also posting this article, lacking the vitriol and commercialism that seems to try and intrude on the real spirit of the holiday:

I had to post this somewhere...

WHAT ARE YOU THANKFUL FOR!!!?!?!?!

I am thankful for all the things I mentioned in my original post.
Also thankful for a drama free life, my education, having a decent career despite the speed bumps, and what appears to be a blossoming relationship with a non-crazy woman.

Before I wander off to overload on tryptophan, what are you thankful for?

ah that's awesome.

we don't celebrate thanksgiving, but it's a nice reminder of what we're thankful for.

i'm thankful everyday for my family, my beloved son & husband, my parents, my sisters and their family, my extended family like my mother in law and my father in law, our grandparents who taught us the value of growing old and what is important in life, ect. i'm thankful for abundant of love in my family. i hope everyone else has alot of love in their life, even if you don't have anyone, animals/pets need love and an exchange of affection and kindness is always needed!
