He is confusing me

So I am a gay guy (Pisces) and I have been in a job training with this other guy(cancer) who I think is also gay. He looks at me a lot but won't say a word to me when he is surrounded by other people but when he is alone with me he is very outgoing and talks and laughs a lot. We needed to buy uniforms for our jobs and I told him I could peak him up at his house and go where we needed to go and he said yea.We were talking and laughing a lot on our way there and when coming back. He was very attentive to me helping me to choose an uniform . I though he might say something to me but he just shook hands with me and told thanked me for picking him up when I left him at his house. So what I don't understand is why does he treat me so differently when around other people and when we are alone he is so friendly. I was hoping for a kiss or something but maybe it's too fast. I just feel a very big tension between him and me it's crazy. are cancerians like this? I don't really know much about zodiac signs behaviors. Thanks!

Yea we are. Social scenes typically aren't where we prefer to be he might find the environment hostile and feels he can't be outgoing around the people there. The fact that he let you come to his house is a plus which means he trust/likes you as a person and potential friend. Just give it time he can be quiet worrisome and sometimes needs time to process what is actually going on

Best to give it more time! Don't get impatient. 🙂 Cancers like taking things slow because it takes us time to fully trust and warm up to people. As a cancer, I sometimes get turned off when I know someone likes me so much. I like being the one who makes the move sometimes.. Haha. Or most of the time. Pisces and Cancers are a good match!
